1. Eligibility
The Bruno Mars “The Romantic Tour” Hot Ticket Hookup Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or members of the same household are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on February 24, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST and ends on September 16, 2026 at 11:59 AM CST (“Promotion Period”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period:
• Comment “BRUNO MARS” on the designated giveaway post on Instagram or other eligible social media platform.
• Follow the link provided via direct message to complete the official entry form (if applicable).
Limit one (1) primary entry per person unless otherwise stated.
Automated, robotic, bulk, or scripted entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
All entries are subject to verification.
5. Bonus Entries
Participants may earn additional entries during the Promotion Period by:
• Following @tjhlaw on Instagram
• Liking the designated giveaway post
• Sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @tjhlaw
• Tagging a friend in the comments (each tag = one (1) bonus entry)
Bonus entries must comply with Instagram’s terms of service.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Winner will be contacted via direct message, phone, and/or email on or before September 16, 2026.
If a selected winner does not respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize
The winner will receive:
• Four (4) tickets to see Bruno Mars – The Romantic Tour
• Concert date: September 23, 2026
• Venue: Alamodome – San Antonio, Texas
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) may vary.
8. Prize Restrictions
• Prize is non-transferable
• No cash equivalent or substitutions permitted
• Travel, lodging, transportation, meals, and any additional expenses are NOT included
• Winner and guest must comply with all venue and event policies
• Any additional expenses not expressly included are the sole responsibility of the winner
If the concert is postponed, canceled, or rescheduled, Sponsor’s obligations are limited to the tickets only, subject to event organizer policies.
9. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their:
• Name
• Image and likeness
• Photographs and video footage
• Social media content captured during the experience
for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional content related to the Promotion.
10. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Bruno Mars, the Alamodome, event promoters, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from:
• Participation in the Promotion
• Acceptance or use of the prize
• Event-related risks
Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost entries, unauthorized interference, or platform outages.
11. Privacy
Information collected will be used solely for:
• Administering the Promotion
• Selecting and contacting the winner
• Coordinating prize fulfillment
Information will not be sold.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with:

13. Taxes
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
