Introduction
Father’s Day Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is an initiative of Gusto TV (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is administered by Gusto TV. The Sweepstakes is intended to grant all entrants deemed eligible in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein (each, an “Entrant”) the chance to win a prize package as detailed below.
To Enter
The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided (an “Entry”).
All fully completed Entries will be eligible to be drawn on the date provided below, and the winner will be selected at random.
Only one (1) entry per person. Entries are valid only if all required fields have been completed and submitted. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Sweepstakes, and any purchase or payment will not increase the chances of winning.
Eligibility

Open to USA residents only. Entrants must be over the age of eighteen (18) as of June 1, 2026.
Employees of Administrator and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members, including spouse, parents and stepparents, siblings and stepsiblings, children and stepchildren, and household members, are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable international, Canadian, U.S., federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Sweepstakes Submission Period, Requirements and Verification
The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 a.m. EST on June 1. 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on June 21, 2026.
The Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. All Entries must be submitted by the Sweepstakes Closing Date.
The Administrator has the right to request access to the information contained in each Entry in person or via any reasonable manner to verify any criteria about such Entry.
Selection of Winning Entrant
The winning entry will be selected from among all eligible Entries received in a random draw conducted by the Administrator.
Chances of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Limit: one (1) prize per person, to the total of one (1) individual entry for the entirety of the Sweepstakes.
The winner will be drawn on June 22, 2026.
Prize
The Sweepstakes features one (1) prize. Prize value is $850 CAD.
Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable. No cash substitution will be made. Administrator, Sponsor, and their respective agencies and affiliated companies shall in no way be held liable for any event, injury, or loss which may be sustained in connection with the prize.
Entry Conditions and Release
By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees to:
(a) comply with and be bound by these Rules and Regulations, the Privacy Policy, and the decisions of the Administrator, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes;
(b) complete and submit to Administrator the Declaration of Compliance, if required;
(c) release and hold harmless Facebook Inc., Instagram, LLC, Twitter Inc., the Administrator, Sponsor, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, prize suppliers, and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability arising out of or relating to Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of the prize, or any related activity;
and
(d) indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or relating to Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or Entrant’s acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s consent to Administrator’s and Sponsor’s collection of Entrant’s personally identifying information, including name, address, email, phone number, photo, and IP address, for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes.
The selected winner’s name, photo, and/or likeness may be used in publicity conducted by Sponsor, Administrator, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and authorized agents without further payment or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Limitations of Liability:
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any award. If for any reason an Entrant’s Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another provide another Entry. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
Disputes:
Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any awards awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winning Entries, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any awards awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the Canadian federal and/or Ontario provincial courts; (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event legal fees; and (4) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules and Regulations, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor, Administrator and Facebook Inc., Instagram, LLC, Twitter Inc. in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario.
Privacy:
Administrator collects personal information from you when an Entrant upon submission of Entry to the Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to Administrator’s privacy policy located at https://gustotv.com/privacy-policy/ (the “Privacy Policy”). Any personal information provided by Entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes will be solely for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and will not be retained after the Sweepstakes has been completed. For the sake of clarity, Administrator discloses, and Entrant acknowledges that any and all information collected as a part of or in relation to the Sweepstakes is provided and disclosed only to Sponsor and Administrator, and not to Facebook Inc, Instagram, LLC, or Twitter Inc.
Results:
The selected potential winning Entrants will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the Draw Date.
Verification of Entrants and Potential Prize Recipients:
ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRANTS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE COMPETITION.
Potential winning Entrants must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Rules and Regulations, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winning Entrants will be required to sign and return to Administrator, within five (7) days of the date notice is sent to such Entrants, an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (except where prohibited), and parental or legal guardian’s consent to participate (collectively, the “Declaration of Compliance”) in order to claim his/her prize if applicable. Potential winning Entrants will be required to answer a skill-testing question. If a potential winning Entrant of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return Declaration of Compliance, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winning Entrant forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winning Entrant of a Sweepstakes prize is disqualified for any reason, Administrator may award the applicable prize to an alternate eligible potential Entrant.
General:
Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Administrator’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or Entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Rules and Regulations or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Administrator’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules and Regulations shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social networks.
Agreement to Rules:
By entering the Sweepstakes, the Entrants (“You”) have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions. You agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes.
