Introduction:
Gusto TV’s Maddie & Kiki's BBQ Barn Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Gusto TV (the “Sponsor” or “Administrator”). The Sweepstakes provides eligible entrants (each, an “Entrant”) with the opportunity to win prizes as described herein.
To Enter:
The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided (an “Entry”).
Limit: one (1) Entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Non-winning Entries will remain eligible for subsequent draws throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Entries are valid only if all required fields have been completed and submitted. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Sweepstakes, and any purchase or payment will not increase the chances of winning.
Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of July 6, 2026.
Employees of the Administrator and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable international, Canadian, U.S., federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Sweepstakes Submission Period, Requirements and Verification:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am EST on July 6, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Start Date”) and ends at 11:59 pm EST on July 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Closing Date”).
The Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. All Entries must be submitted by the Sweepstakes Closing Date.
The Administrator reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Entry and may request additional information for verification purposes.
Selection of Winning Entrants:
A total of one (1) winner will be selected throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
One (1) grand prize winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by the Administrator on or about July 16, 2026, from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Non-winning Entries will remain eligible for subsequent draws, including the grand prize draw.
Prize:
The Sweepstakes features a total of one (1) prize valued at $1300 USD.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable. No cash substitution will be made.
The Administrator, Sponsor, and their respective agencies and affiliated companies shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained in connection with any prize.
Entry Conditions and Release:
By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees to:
(a) comply with and be bound by these Rules and Regulations, the Privacy Policy, and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding;
(b) complete and submit any required Declaration of Compliance;
(c) release and hold harmless Facebook Inc., Instagram, LLC, Twitter Inc., the Administrator, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and all related parties (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; and
(d) indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.
Publicity:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the Entrant’s consent to the collection and use of personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes.
Entrants also agree that the Administrator may use the name, likeness, and/or photograph of selected winners for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limitations of Liability:
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
(1) incorrect or inaccurate information;
(2) technical failures of any kind;
(3) unauthorized human intervention;
(4) technical or human error in administration; or
(5) any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.
If an Entry is lost, deleted, or corrupted, the Entrant’s sole remedy is to submit another Entry.
No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
Disputes:
All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of Ontario, Canada.
All claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes.
These Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
Privacy:
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Administrator’s Privacy Policy: https://gustotv.com/privacy-policy/
Information will not be sold or shared beyond what is necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.
Results:
Selected winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of their respective draw date.
Sweepstakes results may be announced on Gusto TV platforms following winner confirmation.
Verification of Entrants and Potential Prize Recipients:
All potential winners are subject to verification by the Administrator.
Potential winners must sign and return a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) days of notification and correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim their prize.
Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
General:
The Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if necessary due to factors beyond its control.
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media platform.
Entrants acknowledge they are providing information to the Sponsor and not to any social media platform.
Agreement to Rules:
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
