The Hot Grill Summer Giveaway ("Contest") is sponsored by Heath Riles BBQ ("Sponsor").
Eligibility
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States residing in the contiguous forty-eight (48) states and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies of Heath Riles BBQ, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
Contest Period
The Contest begins on July 17, 2026, and concludes on September 7, 2026. Each round of the Contest will have its own submission window and deadline as communicated by Heath Riles BBQ. All entries for each round must be submitted by 11:59 PM CST on the designated Sunday deadline for that round.
How to Enter
Hot Grill Summer is a four-round recipe contest featuring unique themes, partner grill companies, and featured Heath Riles BBQ products.
To enter:
Create and prepare an original recipe that fits the current round's theme.
Use Heath Riles BBQ products in your recipe.
Post a photo of the finished dish on social media.
Tag Heath Riles BBQ and/or use the hashtag #hotgrillsummer26.
Submit any additional information requested through the designated entry form, if applicable.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Recipe Requirements
All recipes must be original creations of the participant and may not be copied or plagiarized from any source.
Submissions must include a photo of the finished recipe only.
Recipes must exclusively feature Heath Riles BBQ products and use only products with the current white labels. Products with original black labels will not be accepted.
Participants may submit one entry per round unless otherwise stated; however, each recipe must be unique and original.
Bonus Entries
Certain rounds may designate Featured Products that qualify for one (1) bonus entry. Participants may earn only one (1) bonus entry per submission regardless of the number of qualifying products used.
Judging and Winner Selection
Entries for each round will be reviewed and voted on by the sponsoring grill companies. Each round will award:
One (1) First Place Winner
One (1) Second Place Winner
One (1) Third Place Winner
Judging criteria may include creativity, presentation, use of theme, and overall recipe appeal.
All decisions made by the Sponsor and judging panel are final and binding.
Prizes
Prizes will vary by round and will be announced by Heath Riles BBQ. Prize details, approximate retail values, and sponsor-provided items are subject to change at the Sponsor's discretion.
No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email, direct message, or other contact information provided during entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Rights Granted by Entrants
By submitting an entry, participants grant Heath Riles BBQ and its affiliates the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, and promote the participant's name, likeness, recipe, photos, videos, and submission materials in any media now known or hereafter developed for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law.
Additionally, the First Place recipe from each round may be published as a featured recipe on the Heath Riles BBQ website, social media channels, or other marketing materials.
Intellectual Property
By entering, participants represent and warrant that:
Their submission is original.
They own all rights to the submitted content.
Their submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heath Riles BBQ from any claims arising from alleged infringement.
General Conditions
Heath Riles BBQ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest should fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:
Violates these Official Rules;
Uses fraudulent methods or automated systems to enter;
Tampers with the entry process;
Submits inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Heath Riles BBQ, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Social Media Disclaimer
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, or any other social media platform. Participants understand they are providing information to Heath Riles BBQ and not to any social media platform.
Governing Law
The Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Mississippi.
Acceptance of Official Rules
By participating in the Hot Grill Summer Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Heath Riles BBQ, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
