Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and United States territories, including:

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum age required by applicable law in their jurisdiction to legally receive firearm-related components.

Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members of NDZ Performance are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on May 22, 2026 at 11:59 AM Eastern Time and ends on July 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter through the official Gleam campaign located at:

Entry methods may include:

All entries must comply with the instructions provided within the official Giveaway entry platform.

Use of fraudulent methods, fake accounts, bots, scripts, VPNs, multiple identities, or any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Giveaway system may result in immediate disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a prize package valued at approximately $1,300+, including:

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed item with an item of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability or circumstances beyond Sponsor control.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

Prize Contributors

Participating brands are not responsible for the administration, operation, winner selection, or fulfillment of the Giveaway.

Firearm & FFL Compliance

Winner is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to the receipt, ownership, transfer, and use of any firearm-related prize components.

Any prize components requiring transfer through a federally licensed firearms dealer (“FFL”) will only be shipped to the winner’s selected FFL in accordance with all applicable laws.

Winner is responsible for:

NDZ Performance will arrange shipment only to the selected FFL.

If the winner cannot legally receive the prize or complete the required transfer process, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or around Monday, July 6, 2026.

Winner will be contacted using the contact information provided during entry, including but not limited to:

Winner must respond within 48 hours of initial contact.

Failure to respond within the allotted timeframe, inability to verify eligibility, or inability to legally receive the prize may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Public announcement of the winner may occur after winner verification and confirmation.

Sponsor decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and rule interpretation are final and binding.

Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant NDZ Performance the right to use their name, likeness, submitted content, social handle, and statements regarding the Giveaway for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

User Content

Any submitted photos, videos, or other content must:

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless NDZ Performance and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and partners from any liability, injury, loss, claim, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Right to Modify or Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other causes impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and the United States.

Any disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Connecticut.

Participants waive the right to class action claims and punitive damages.

Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to NDZ Performance’s privacy policy.

Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is sponsored and administered by NDZ Performance in collaboration with select industry partners.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, Gleam, or any other social media platform used to promote the Giveaway.

Acceptance of Rules
