X GAMES SACRAMENTO 2026 SKATETRONICS SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES (“Official Rules”)
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Eligibility. The X GAMES SACRAMENTO 2026 SKATETRONICS SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories) with a valid email address and a valid Instagram account, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, and directors of SPORTS CONTENT CREATION, LLC d/b/a X GAMES (the “Sponsor”), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retail licensees, wholesale distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individuals or entities involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations.
Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by SPORTS CONTENT CREATION, LLC d/b/a X GAMES, located at 2525 E. Camelback Rd., Ste. #850, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
Agreement to Official Rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant (hereinafter “Entrant”) fully and unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon Entrant fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Entry Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. PT on Monday, June 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on Thursday, June 25, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter. During the Entry Period, Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting http://xgames.com/subtronics (the “Sweepstakes Site”), hosted through Gleam.io, and completing and submitting the official Sweepstakes online entry form, which may include opting in to receive email newsletters and special offers from Sponsor. In addition, during the Entry Period each Entrant must: (i) follow @xgames, @subtronics, @xgames_newyork, @xgames_losangeles, @xgames_tokyo, and @xgames_saopaulo on Instagram; and (ii) tag three (3) friends in the comments of the official Sweepstakes post on Instagram. As an optional bonus, Entrants may share the official Sweepstakes post to their Instagram story and tag @xgames and @subtronics; the optional bonus step is not required to enter and does not constitute an additional entry. By entering the Sweepstakes and checking the “opt-in” box on the official Sweepstakes online entry form, Entrants will be registering to receive email communication from Sponsor.
Entry Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per Entrant during the Entry Period. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods is strictly prohibited and will void that Entrant’s entries and result in Entrant’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes. The use of an agency or any automated system, macro, script, or bot to enter the Sweepstakes is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
Drawing; Odds. On or about Friday, June 26, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners in a drawing from all valid and eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend upon the total number of entries received.
Notification and Requirements of Potential Winner. The potential winners will be notified via Instagram direct message, and/or by email at the email address provided in their official Sweepstakes online entry form, within two (2) business days following the drawing. To claim the prize, a potential winner must respond to the notification within three (3) calendar days of the date the notice was sent, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release, as well as an IRS Form W-9 (if the prize value is $600 or higher), within a timeframe designated by Sponsor.
If a potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, fails to return the required documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize.
In the event that a potential winner is disqualified and/or forfeits the prize, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate potential winner by randomly drawing from the remaining valid and eligible entries received during the Entry Period. If no alternate potential winner successfully claims the prize (in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 7) after Sponsor has attempted to contact three (3) alternate potential winners, the Sweepstakes will end and the prize will remain unawarded.
Prizes; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”). Three (3) prizes will be awarded in accordance with these Official Rules. Each of the three (3) prizes (Approx. Retail Value: $200.00) will consist of the following:
One (1) Subtronics-branded skateboard deck, autographed by Subtronics – ARV: $200.00 (Qty. 1)
Prize Redemption Options. The autographed deck is the sole prize awarded to each winner. Each winner may elect, at the winner’s option, one of the following two methods of redeeming the autographed deck: (a) Shipping – the deck will be autographed by Subtronics and shipped to the winner; no purchase, payment, or event attendance is required to receive the prize under this option; or (b) Exclusive meet-and-greet and on-site signing – the winner may instead have the deck autographed in person at an exclusive meet-and-greet and on-site signing with Subtronics at the X Games Sacramento 2026 event on Saturday, June 27, 2026. Option (b) requires the winner to hold valid MoonPay X Games League Sacramento 2026 admission (Saturday-only or 3-Day pass) for the applicable date and to present proof of admission upon Sponsor’s request. Event admission is the sole responsibility of the winner, is sold separately, is not provided as part of the prize, and is not required to enter, to win, or to receive the prize. The meet-and-greet and on-site signing is a method of redeeming the autographed deck and is not a separate prize; no separate value is attributed to it, and no cash or other substitution will be provided for it. A winner who does not elect, or cannot complete, option (b) will receive the autographed deck under option (a).
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-assignable. No cash redemption or prize substitution is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion. Any and all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses associated with prize receipt and use not expressly provided herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where a prize component is shipped rather than provided onsite, Sponsor will ship via a traceable package carrier, and secure receipt of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.
Publicity and Use of Entrant Information; Privacy. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s and its designees’ use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, Instagram handle, and state of residence for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide, without further payment, consideration, notice, or permission. Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.xgames.com/privacy-policy/. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that Sponsor may use their information, including their email addresses, for general solicitation, marketing, and promotional activities. Entrants may opt-out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in such emails; opting out will not affect Entrant’s chances of winning. Entrant acknowledges that its opt-out preference will apply to marketing communications and may not apply to transactional communication including those associated with Entrant’s entry.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, virus, bugs, or any other factor impairs, in any way for any reason, the Sweepstakes, including without limitation the integrity, security, or proper functioning thereof. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, prize providers, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, injury, loss, or cause of action arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including, but not limited to: (i) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (iii) printing or typographical errors; (iv) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail or email; (v) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (vi) injury or damage to persons or property. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in Denver County, Colorado. Entrants hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Colorado.
Third Party Platforms: In the event that the Sweepstakes is hosted, administered, operated on, or promoted via any third-party platform, including, but not limited to, any social media platform (e.g. Gleam, Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, or Pinterest) (each, a “Third Party Platform”), Entrants acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any Third-Party Platform.
