Eligible Entrants
Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
A valid Australian residential address must be provided to claim the prize.

How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
Subscribe to Revel Saunas & Pergolux → +15 entries
Follow @pergolux.au on Instagram → +10 entries
Follow @revelsaunas on Instagram → +10 entries
Comment and tag a friend on the Instagram post → +10 entries per friend tagged
Complete all of the above steps → +20 bonus entries
Additional Entry Rules:
All valid entries will be pooled for the final draw.
Entrants may only enter once per email address and social media account.
Unlimited entries permitted, provided each entry tags a different friend.
Entrants may only win once.
Each winner will receive one (1) prize package consisting of both vouchers.
Duplicate or ineligible entries will not be counted.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing retailer.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise specified by the Promoter or required by law.
Any unused portion of a voucher will not be refunded or credited.

Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM within three (3) days of the draw.
Winners will also be announced publicly via @pergolux.au & @revelsaunas collab post on Instagram.
If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the Promoter may redraw the prize or withdraw it.
Unclaimed Prizes
If a prize is unclaimed, the Promoters may assign the prize to the next best entry, conduct a further draw, or withdraw the prize entirely.
The Promoters are under no obligation to award any unclaimed prize.
General Terms and Conditions
By entering this Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
The Promotion commences on the start date and ends on the end date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed received when received by the Promoter, not when transmitted by the entrant. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive.
Employees of the Promoters, Revel Saunas, their agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" includes spouse, de facto spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sibling, step-sibling, or 1st cousin.
No entry fee is charged. Internet or social media costs incurred in entering are the responsibility of the entrant.
Entry and participation are subject to Instagram Terms of Use. 6. Entrants release Instagram from liability in connection with this Promotion.
7. Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry. Each winner will receive one (1) prize package consisting of both a Revel Saunas voucher and a Pergolux voucher. Entries submitted on behalf of another person or via automated methods will be invalid.
8.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the Promotion or use of a prize, except liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Winners may be required to participate in marketing, photography, video, or media activities without additional compensation.
11. By entering, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from Pergolux and Revel Saunas. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
12. Personal information collected will be used by the Promoters to conduct the Promotion and for future marketing purposes in accordance with Pergolux's and Revel's Privacy Policies and applicable Australian privacy laws.
13. If any prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
14. The Promoter may modify, cancel, or suspend the Promotion in the event of technical failures, unauthorised intervention, or any circumstances beyond its control.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
The prize package is not transferable or redeemable for cash unless required by law**. Individual vouchers within the prize package are also non-transferable.**
Vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated otherwise.
