ELIGIBILITY
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (including Alaska and Hawaii) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of SPAGHETTI OVERDRIVE (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Previous winners of any SPAGHETTI OVERDRIVE giveaway are not eligible to win again for ninety (90) days from the date they were selected as a winner in a prior giveaway.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates and times stated on the entry page. Entries submitted before or after the stated Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period as shown on the entry page.
HOW TO ENTER
Visit the entry page and follow the instructions to complete one or more entry methods. Multiple entry methods are available, and each method is worth a different number of entries as specified on the entry form. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one entry per person per entry method per day (where applicable for daily entry methods).
PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive: One (1) Bambu Lab A1 Mini 3D Printer and three (3) spools of PLA filament (winner's choice of colors, subject to availability), or filament of equal value if the selected filament is not available in stock at time of fulfillment. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $300 USD. Prize will ship free of charge from MatterHackers (California or Pennsylvania warehouse) within one (1) week of winner confirmation. Winner will receive shipping tracking information via email. No cash alternative or prize substitution allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period within two (2) business days following the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided at the time of entry. Winner will have fourteen (14) days to respond to the notification email and provide shipping information. If winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, an alternate winner will be selected.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with prize supplier for purposes of prize fulfillment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.
