ASUS “ROG 20 – We Are ROG” Contest Official Rules, Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

1. Who Is Eligible: To be eligible to participate in the ASUS “ROG 20 – We Are ROG” contest (the “Contest”), an entrant must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and be 18 or older and the age of majority within the jurisdiction where the entrant resides at time of entry in the Contest (which may be 18, 19 or 21 depending upon the jurisdiction). Employees of ASUS Computer International (“ACI”) and its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies involved in the Contest, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons or entities, are NOT ELIGIBLE.

2. Void Where Prohibited. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or limited by law.

3. Sponsor. ASUS Computer International, a California corporation with its principal place of business at 48720 Kato Road, Fremont, California 94538.

4. Agreement to these Rules, Terms and Conditions, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy (collectively called “Official Rules” or “Terms”). By participating in this Contest, each entrant (“Entrant”) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Whether an Entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor may at any time revise these Terms, and Entrants shall be bound by any such revisions.

5. Contest Period. The Contest period will be from 6/30/2026 9:00 AM PT – 7/28/2026 9:00 AM PT (the “Contest Period”).

6. How to Enter (No purchase necessary to enter or win): To enter the Contest, during the Contest Period, Entrant may enter one or more of the three (3) creator prompt tracks. To submit a valid entry for a given prompt track, Entrant must complete the following step for that track:

The one (1) step above must be completed for an entry to be considered valid for the applicable prompt track. A KOL may, in its sole discretion, encourage additional engagement actions through its posts, captions, or other communications (for example, liking the prompt post, leaving a comment on the prompt post, sharing the prompt post, or following the KOL’s Instagram account). Any such additional actions are optional, are not required to enter, and will not affect the validity of an otherwise complete entry; the only action required for a valid entry is the one (1) step set forth above. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between a KOL’s posts, captions, or other communications and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern and control. The three (3) creator prompt tracks, the corresponding KOL Instagram accounts, and the prompts are:

Prompt A — Dino (Instagram: @dinocornel) — ROG Flow Z13 + ROG Xbox Ally (White): “So here’s your shot: tell me why you deserve one. Beg, bribe, plead your case — make it good, make it funny, make me believe it.”
Prompt B — Matty Kay (Instagram: @mattykay) — ROG Zephyrus G16: “Outside of gaming, what else do you do on your gaming rig?”
Prompt C — Blue Thunder (Instagram: @blue_thundergaming) — ROG Strix SCAR 18: “What was the moment you fell in love with gaming?”

Each Entrant may submit one (1) entry per prompt, for a maximum of three (3) entries total per person. Entering more than one prompt increases the number of prompt tracks in which the Entrant is eligible to be selected; however, no Entrant may win more than one (1) prize (see Section 8). As part of completing an entry on the landing page, the Entrant must submit their name and email address for contact purposes. Any additional submissions beyond one (1) per prompt may be ignored and will not be eligible for the Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries which are (a) incomplete, (b) suspected of being false or answered in bad faith, (c) illegible, (d) contain sexual content or are otherwise offensive or objectionable, or (e) not in compliance with these Official Rules. For any reviews, articles, posts, or ratings about Entrant’s user-generated content or use experience of Sponsor products or services, whether on Sponsor or 3rd party platforms, Entrant shall disclose all relevant connections between Entrant and Sponsor in such reviews, articles, posts, or ratings (for example, by stating “sponsored post by ASUS” or “promoted post by ASUS” in Entrant’s reviews, articles, posts, or ratings).

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.

Prizes

Three (3) hardware prizes will be awarded, one (1) per prompt track. Each winner will receive the prize corresponding to the prompt track in which they are selected:

Prompt A Winner (Dino track): One (1) ROG Flow Z13 (MSRP $3,299.99 USD) and one (1) ROG Xbox Ally (White, MSRP $599.99 USD). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,899.98 USD.
Prompt B Winner (Matty Kay track): One (1) ROG Zephyrus G16 (MSRP $4,799.99 USD). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,799.99 USD.
Prompt C Winner (Blue Thunder track): One (1) ROG Strix SCAR 18 (MSRP $4,999.99 USD). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,999.99 USD.

Additional Prize Opportunity — ROG Summit Gaming Setup Makeover

Following winner selection, the three (3) winners will each be invited to participate, together with their corresponding creator (“KOL”) as team captain, in a live competition at the ROG Summit event (the “Summit”), anticipated to take place in October 2026. The date, location, format, mechanics, and rules of the Summit competition are to be determined and are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and will be governed by separate terms to be provided to participating winners. At the Summit, one (1) winning team will be selected, and the fan winner on that team will receive a gaming setup makeover with an Approximate Retail Value of up to $10,000 USD. Only one (1) of the three (3) winners will receive the gaming setup makeover.

Summit Participation Conditions

As a condition of being eligible for the gaming setup makeover prize, each winner acknowledges and agrees that they:

may be required to travel in connection with the Summit, with reasonable travel and accommodation arrangements determined and arranged by Sponsor;
must be comfortable competing in video games alongside their assigned KOL team captain; and
must be comfortable being filmed and recorded, as Sponsor will produce training, preparation, and event content featuring each winner and their KOL captain.

Sponsor strongly encourages each winner to attend the Summit. A winner who is unwilling or unable to participate in the Summit will retain their hardware prize but will forfeit the opportunity to compete for and win the gaming setup makeover. In such event, an alternate winner may be selected to participate in the Summit alongside the KOL captain, and such alternate must agree to all conditions set forth in these Official Rules applicable to the Summit.

Tax Requirement

Because each prize exceeds $600 in value, each winner must complete and return a valid IRS Form W-9. Each winner will receive a Form 1099 for the total value of the prize awarded and is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. Sponsor reserves the right to require appropriate tax documentation as required by law.

7. License to ASUS et seq. for Released Publicity Content. By entering the Contest, Entrants grant Sponsor and its affiliates a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the entries (“Released Publicity Content”), in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed, for any Contest, publicity, and exhibition purposes. Any such use may or may not include any credit or attribution. Sponsor will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses. Except as prohibited by law, Entrants waive any moral rights they may have in any Released Publicity Content, even if such Released Publicity Content is altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to Entrant.

8. Determination of Winners.

Winners will be determined separately for each of the three (3) prompt tracks through the following two-stage process:

Stage 1 — Finalist Selection by KOL. On or about August 4, 2026 (subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion), following the close of the Contest Period, the creator (“KOL”) corresponding to each prompt track will review the eligible entries submitted for that track during the Contest Period, with assistance from Sponsor as needed, and select up to three (3) finalists. Finalists will be chosen based on which entries are the most creative and inspirational and most genuinely respond to the prompt. The selected finalists for each track may be featured in a winner-selection post on the KOL’s Instagram account.

Stage 2 — Public Poll. The KOL will then feature the finalists for that track in a poll posted to the KOL’s Instagram Stories. The finalist who receives the most votes in the poll will be selected as the winner of that prompt track, subject to verification of eligibility and final approval by Sponsor. In the event of a tie in the poll, the applicable KOL will select the winner from among the tied finalists. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any finalist or winner who does not meet the eligibility requirements or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, and to select an alternate finalist or winner accordingly.

Winners are expected to be notified on or about August 11, 2026 (subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion), approximately one (1) week after finalist selection. Each winner will be selected to attend the ROG Summit as described in these Official Rules.

An Entrant who submits entries across multiple prompts may be considered in each corresponding track; however, no Entrant may win more than one (1) prize. If the same Entrant is selected in more than one (1) prompt track, Sponsor will, in its sole discretion, determine which single prize that Entrant shall receive, and an alternate winner will be selected for the remaining track(s).

Selected winners will be invited to participate in a brief video interview, conducted via Microsoft Teams or similar means, to confirm interest, availability, eligibility, and campaign fit. If a participant selected as a winner is unable or unwilling to satisfy the requirements set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to select a different finalist as the winner for that track.

9. Notification. Upon notification, each winner shall provide their contact information such as full name, phone number, and shipping address for prize delivery and, where applicable, travel arrangements. If all Contest requirements set forth herein have been satisfied, prizes will be shipped to the attention of the winner at the shipping address provided after being notified of winning by Sponsor. If a winner fails to respond to the notification with a valid address within forty-eight (48) hours of notification from Sponsor, their winner status and any prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Hardware prizes will be shipped approximately one (1) month after completion of the Contest Period.

10. Prize, Approximate Retail Value. The hardware prizes awarded in this Contest, and their approximate retail values, are as set forth in the Prizes section above. The additional gaming setup makeover prize has an Approximate Retail Value of up to $10,000 USD and is awarded solely in accordance with the Summit terms described in these Official Rules and the separate Summit terms to be provided. Each winner understands and agrees that the Prize is being provided “AS-IS,” and Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding any Prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Winner must look solely to the manufacturer for any such warranties or guarantees, if any. Prizes consist of only the items specifically described herein, and no additional items, services or subscriptions are included. The ARV of Prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the Prize is awarded or redeemed. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize for one of equal or greater value should it become unavailable for any reason.

11. Taxes. If a winner is a U.S. taxpayer, the prize value over $600 shall be reported by the winner as income. Each winner is solely responsible for any taxes related to a Prize and may be issued a tax form (W-9) based on applicable laws and regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

12. How to Claim the Prize. Winner must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules to qualify for the Prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, or does not respond to the notification message from Sponsor, Sponsor will select another winner.

13. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Contest. A purchase will not improve Entrant’s chances of winning.

14. No Transfer. Prize is not transferable and no cash alternative or prize substitutions are available, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute cash or a similar prize of equal or greater value should the Prize described be unavailable for any reason. In the event a Winner does not accept delivery of the Prize, such Prize may be used as an award at a future event.

15. Release. Entrant represents and warrants that it has, or has obtained, the necessary rights and permissions to submit the Submission and to grant Sponsor the rights under Section 7. By entering the Contest, Entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and Sponsor’s suppliers, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising, Contest, production and fulfillment agencies, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against all liability of any kind in connection with the Contest, including without limitation any costs, fees, expenses, or damages incurred in the use of the Submission or Released Publicity Content.

16. License to Sponsor. Acceptance of any Prize or winner travel arrangements shall constitute and signify Winner’s agreement and consent to Sponsor’s use of Winner’s name, city, state, likeness, Submission content, and Prize information, worldwide, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law. Making a Submission constitutes Entrant’s consent to give Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Submissions or Released Publicity Content in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for Contest or marketing purposes. If necessary, Entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights Entrant is granting to use the Submission or Released Publicity Content.

17. Limitations of Liability. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical/other error in entries, selection announcement or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this Contest. If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded.

18. Disputes. Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California or the Santa Clara County Superior Court, U.S.A; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

19. Entrant’s Personal Information. Information collected from Entrant through the Contest is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.asus.com/us/Terms_of_Use_Notice_Privacy_Policy/Privacy_Policy

20. Winner List. The winners will be announced on ROG’s social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and X) and contacted via email after confirmation of identity, eligibility, and receipt of any required affidavits. Finalist selection is expected to take place on or about August 4, 2026, and winners are expected to be announced on or about August 11, 2026. These dates are estimates only and are subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion.
