NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Entry into the Legion Community Legion 5a Gen 11 AMD Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.
DATES:
This Sweepstakes will be open from June 1st, 2026 at 10:00am EST until July 1st, 2026 at 11:59pm EST (collectively, the “Entry Period.”)
WHO MAY ENTER:
Open to all registered members of the Lenovo Legion Community who are (i) legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and District of Columbia, Canada, United Kingdom or member countries of the European Union, and (ii) 18 years of age or older or have otherwise reached the age of majority in the country in which they reside. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHEREVER RESTRICTED BY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FILING OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS, OR IS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Individuals employed by Lenovo (United States) Inc. (“Sponsor”), or its parent and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and/or advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”) at any time during the Entry Period, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household, are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Entry Period, eligible entrants (“Entrants”) can enter the Sweepstakes by (i) logging into their Lenovo Legion Community account (or registering for an account), (ii) navigating to the Sweepstakes page and completing all required steps in the Sweepstakes entry process, and (iii) clicking the “Submit” button.
Entrants must also follow all instructions provided by Sponsor to enter. All eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be entered. Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received, only the first entry received from a particular individual during the Entry Period will be eligible; subsequent attempts to enter will be disqualified. All entries that do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Official Rules may be disqualified by the Sponsor.
Entries may not be sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent; derogatory of any ethnicity, race, gender, religion, sexual preference, disability or age group; or profane or pornographic. Additionally, entries may not defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging or libelous remarks about Sponsor (or its products or services), or other people and/or companies; contain any offensive or vulgar language; or depict any pornographic or illegal act. Any entries containing such subject matter or any other inappropriate content, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be part of the Sweepstakes.
By submitting an entry, each Entrant agrees that his or her entry complies with these Official Rules. Each Entrant also agrees that Sponsor may disqualify the Entrant from the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an entry fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Sponsor rejects any entry, such entry will be disqualified and will not be considered a valid entry. The submission of an entry is solely the responsibility of the Entrant. Entries may only be made according to the method described above. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated services) are not permitted and will be disqualified. Only eligible entries actually received by Sweepstakes Parties will be eligible. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or garbled entries will be disqualified.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE):
To enter the Sweepstakes without taking the above actions, Entrants must be Lenovo Legion Gaming Community Members and must send an email with their full name, complete mailing address, email address, and date of birth to [email protected]. All email entries must be sent during the Entry Period and received on or before July 1, 2026, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes.
OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES:
By submitting an entry, each Entrant agrees Sponsor shall own the entry submitted (including all copyrights thereto and all rights embodied therein) and that Sponsor and its designees may exploit, edit, publish, use, adapt, modify, copy, disseminate or dispose of any entry, the concepts embodied therein or any elements thereof, online, in print, film, television, or in any other media for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notification to the Entrant of any kind, except as prohibited by law.
HOW TO WIN:
At 11:59pm EST on July 1st, 2026, the Entry Period will be closed in its entirety. Immediately following the close of the Entry Period, two (2) winning Entrant(s) from the pool of eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be randomly selected to win the prize. The winner(s) will be notified by Sponsor via email.
Note: You are not a winner of any prize until you have been verified as a winner by Sponsor. Decisions of Sponsor are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
PRIZES:
There will be a total of two (2) winners during the Giveaway. Each winner will receive one (1)
Legion 5a Gen 11 AMD (15″) with RTX 5060
(ARV approximately $1,664.99 USD per Prize; UK/EU prize will be shipped with a UK plug) (collectively, the “Prize”).
The total ARV of all Prizes in the Giveaway is approximately $3,330.99 USD. Only the Prizes specified in the numbers indicated will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize or prize component of equal or greater value should any Prize (or component thereof) become unavailable. Except as specifically provided herein, Prizes do not include insurance, personal expenses, incidental charges, gratuities, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules. All applicable taxes and usage charges on Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
CLAIMING PRIZE:
Winner(s) will be notified by email on or about July 6, 2026. Potential winner(s) may be asked to verify eligibility and sign a Release & Waiver of Liability. Verification must be completed within seventy-two (72) hours of the potential winner’s notification. Additionally, for a winning entrant who is a resident of Canada, to be declared a winner, selected entrant may also be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill‑testing question administered by email or posed by telephone at a mutually convenient time. Upon confirming verification, the relevant Prize will be delivered to the winner. Please allow fourteen (14) business days for receipt or arrangement of receipt of Prize.
