NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY LAW.

YOUR ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES MEANS THESE OFFICIAL RULES FORM A BINDING LEGAL CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT PROVIDES FOR YOUR INDEMNIFICATION OF THE SPONSOR AND OTHER PARTIES, THE WAIVER OF THE RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR A JURY TRIAL, AND A REQUIREMENT THAT MOST DISPUTES WILL BE SETTLED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION.

1. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the "One805LIVE! 10-8 VIP Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") is One805, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, with a registered address at 2000 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93105. EIN: 83-2571437.

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older (or the age of majority in the entrant's local jurisdiction, if older) at the time of entry. Exclusions: Residents of the State of Washington are not eligible to participate. Residents of New York and Florida may submit their information, but they are explicitly disqualified and ineligible to be selected as a winner in the random drawing. Persons who reside in an OFAC-sanctioned country or who appear on the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals List (SDN List) are not eligible. Excluded countries include, without limitation, Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe, and anywhere prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of One805, Inc. (the "Sponsor") and Soundwave Consulting, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Entries will not be accepted from inmates of a correctional facility. Void where prohibited.

3. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, you ("You" or the "Entrant") agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as they relate to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Sweepstakes.

4. Entry Period & Right to Modify: The Sweepstakes begins on June 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM PDT and ends on July 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM PDT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted or postmarked before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible and will be discarded.
Right to Extend, Suspend, or Modify: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to extend, shorten, suspend, cancel, or modify the Entry Period or the Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Any such change will be posted on the official sweepstakes site. In the event of an extension, all entries received during the original and extended Entry Period(s) shall remain valid and eligible for the drawing.

5. How to Enter: Eligible persons may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. There are two (2) primary methods of entry. An eligible person may use multiple entry methods:

• Method 1: Making an Online Donation. During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, you may obtain Sweepstakes entries by making a voluntary charitable donation online at https://tickets.one805.org (or authorized ticketing portal). Online donations are processed in the following entry increments:
  • $10 donation: 10 entries (minimum donation level)
  • $25 donation: 30 entries
  • $50 donation: 75 entries
  • $100 donation: 200 entries
  • $250 donation: 500 entries
  Once your donation is processed, Sponsor will email a donation receipt containing your official entry numbers to the email address provided. The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any donation entry that does not constitute "good funds."
  
  Donation Entry Verification: All donation-based entries are subject to verification against Eventbrite order records. Entries that cannot be verified against a corresponding Eventbrite donation transaction will be removed prior to the drawing. Donations are entirely optional, are not required to enter or win, and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law under IRC Section 170. A donation does not increase your chances of winning.
• Method 2: Mail Non-Donation Entry Method (Alternative Method of Entry — AMOE). During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, you may obtain entries without making a donation: Hand-print your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and complete mailing address on a standard 3" × 5" card or piece of paper. Enclose the card/paper and a self-addressed stamped envelope ("SASE") in a postage-paid envelope (residents of Vermont may omit return postage). Hand-address the outer envelope to:

  Each eligible, validated mail-in request received will yield ten (10) Sweepstakes entries (matching the $10 minimum online donation entry level). Upon processing, Sponsor will email an entry receipt containing your Sweepstakes entry numbers to the email address provided. Limit one (1) entry request per outer postmarked envelope. Mail-in envelopes must be hand-addressed by the Entrant and mailed individually. Bulk shipments, mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or automated requests (including those sent via automated sweepstakes services) will not be processed or accepted and will void all entries associated with that Entrant. To be eligible, mail-in requests must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and received by the Sponsor within five (5) business days after the close of the Entry Period (by July 21, 2026, or if the Entry Period is extended, five (5) business days after the extended close date).

Bonus Entries, Promotions, and Special Offers:
- Additional Actions: Additional free promotional bonus entries may be obtained by completing optional free actions listed on the sweepstakes page, such as following Sponsor's social media accounts, sharing referral links, adding the event to your calendar, and more. Sponsor reserves the right to introduce new free or paid entry methods, bonus entry actions, or platforms during the Entry Period.
- Promotional Specials: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to run promotional offers, specials, or events during the Entry Period (such as double entries, matching entry days, or flash bonus actions) that offer additional entries for donations or free actions.
- Referral Terms: Referral entries are capped at ten (+10) entries per referred friend who signs up, up to a maximum of ten (10) referred friends (for a maximum of 100 entries total from referrals).

General Entry Constraints & Anti-Fraud Rules: Only one person may be entered in the Sweepstakes per entry. If the name of more than one person is submitted on an entry and that entry is selected as the winning entry, the person named first will be deemed the holder of record of that entry and declared the potential winner. The Sponsor will not, and is not obligated to, assign the Prize to any person other than the verified winner. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider.

Anti-Fraud and Anti-Cheating Policy: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entry form, request, or Entrant at any time if it suspects fraud, cheating, tampering, technical manipulation, or any other unsportsmanlike behavior. This includes, without limitation: Multiple entries using different email addresses, phone numbers, identities, registrations, or devices; The use of robotic, automated, script, macro, programmed, or other automated entry systems or sweepstakes entry services; Submission of bulk mailings, mechanically reproduced, or photocopied requests; Any attempt to deliberately damage any website, ticketing page, or sweepstakes widget, or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. All defective, illegible, or physically altered entry forms will be immediately disqualified. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or postage-due mail or entries, or any other failure to receive requests or deliver receipts. Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, fraud, cheating, and disqualification are final, binding, and non-appealable.

6. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the One805LIVE! VIP Concert Experience package (approximate retail value $14,000 USD), which includes:

• Premium Event Access: Four (4) 2-Day Mix & Mingle Cabana Experience passes to One805LIVE! at the oceanside 'Field of Dreams' property in Montecito, CA, for both nights (September 25th & 26th, 2026). Each pass includes one (1) guest seat in the shared Mix & Mingle Cabana with gourmet catering, ultra-premium Napa Valley wines, top-shelf tequila, bespoke cocktails, full VIP Tent access with open bar, VIP dance floor access, private VIP restrooms, and priority shuttle service.
• Accommodations: A two-night hotel stay in the Santa Barbara area.
• Autographed Keepsake: One (1) acoustic guitar hand-signed by Kevin Costner.

Prize Conditions & Event Postponement/Cancellation:
- As Is: THE PRIZE IS OFFERED AND PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE BY SPONSOR OTHER THAN WHAT IS EXPRESSLY INCLUDED WITH THE PRIZE.
- Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any component thereof) of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
- Postponement or Cancellation: In the event that the One805LIVE! 2026 concert is postponed, canceled, rescheduled, or relocated due to weather, fire, safety issues, natural disaster, regulatory orders, pandemic, or any other force majeure event, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the prize (such as replacing event access with tickets to a future One805 event of equal value) or cancel/postpone the drawing without liability.
- Expenses: All expenses and costs not explicitly listed in these Official Rules (including ground transport to/from the departure airport, baggage fees, meals outside the event, and incidentals) are the sole responsibility of the verified winner.
- Tax Compliance: Because the total prize value exceeds the $2,000 IRS reporting threshold under the OBBBA, the Winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number via IRS Form W-9 directly to the Sponsor (One805) for tax reporting purposes. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the tax year in which the prize is received. Any and all prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and assessments are solely the responsibility of the Winner.

7. Winning Odds: The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification:
- Selection: On or about July 15, 2026 (or if extended, the next calendar day following the close of the Entry Period), Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be supervised by the Sponsor. The potential winner does not need to be present at the drawing to win.
- Notification: The potential winner will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry within two (2) days (48 hours) of the drawing. All entrants will also be notified of the winner by email.
- Response Window (CRITICAL): The potential winner must respond to the notification and confirm acceptance of the prize within two (2) days (48 hours) of the time the notification was sent. If the potential winner cannot be reached, is determined to be ineligible, fails to respond within the 48-hour window, or fails to timely execute and return a completed IRS Form W-9 and liability/publicity releases within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate potential winner from the remaining valid entries.
- Verification Documents: To claim the prize, the winner must sign and deliver to the Sponsor: A sworn Affidavit of Eligibility; A completed IRS Form W-9; Proof of identity showing that the claimant is the person named on the winning entry; and A signed Liability and Publicity Release.

9. Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering the Sweepstakes or submitting any content (e.g., photos, text, or survey responses), You understand and agree that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and its licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party's proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry is claimed to infringe any proprietary or intellectual property rights of a third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims, and you shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One805, Inc. from any suit, proceeding, loss, or damage arising out of such claims.

10. Terms & Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, or violates these Terms & Conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability & Technical Failures: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless One805, Inc., Soundwave Consulting, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) Electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) Technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) The unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) Printing errors; (vii) Lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (viii) API, Network, or Platform Latency: Delays, tracking issues, or sync errors between Eventbrite, Gleam, or other automated platforms that affect real-time confirmation of donations or automated award of bonus entries.

AN ENTRANT'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR A BREACH BY THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE RETURN OF THE DONATION FOR HIS OR HER SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURIES TO EARNINGS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY OF THE UNITED STATES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."

12. Binding Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to the following dispute resolution terms: Binding Arbitration: Any and all legal issues, claims, or disputes arising out of or connected or related in any way to the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the Prize awarded, shall be resolved through final, binding arbitration. Entry into the Sweepstakes waives all rights to bring a lawsuit in court based on such claims and the right to have such lawsuit resolved by a judge or a jury. Governing Law: This Arbitration Agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.). The arbitration will be commenced and administered by JAMS under the rules of JAMS, including JAMS Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards. Fees: Each party will pay the fees for his/her or its own attorneys. However, if Entrant is unable to pay JAMS' costs, Sponsor will pay all arbitration fees and expenses. Damages Waiver: Neither Entrant nor Sponsor shall be permitted to obtain awards, and all parties hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees. The parties further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Sponsor agree to bring any claim or dispute, whether in arbitration or court, ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION OR COLLECTIVE ACTION. There shall be no right or authority for any claim or dispute to be brought, heard, or arbitrated as a class or collective action. One-Year Time Limit: You agree that any dispute, claim, or lawsuit, regardless of form, arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes, must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR of the action, omission, event, or occurrence giving rise to the dispute, claim, or lawsuit. Waiver of Jury Trial: BOTH ENTRANT AND SPONSOR HEREBY WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JUDGE OR A JURY. Location of Arbitration: Entrant may choose to have the arbitration conducted by video conference technology (e.g., Zoom), or based on written submissions. Otherwise, the location of the arbitration proceeding shall take place in Santa Barbara, California, or in the city or state where the Entrant resides.

13. Governing Law: These Official Rules and any disputes between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of California or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

14. Severability: In the event any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the remainder of these terms, which shall continue to be in full force and effect.

15. Privacy: Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes and in accordance with One805's privacy policy. Email addresses provided during entry may be added to the One805 mailing list for updates about One805LIVE! and future One805 events; entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Sponsor will not sell, rent, or share entrant personal information with third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to the Sweepstakes.

16. Winners List: Entrants may request the name of the winner by sending a request entitled "One805LIVE! Sweepstakes Winners List Request" along with a self-addressed stamped #10 envelope to: One805, Attn: Sweepstakes Entries, 2000 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93105. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.

17. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
