Additional terms and conditions;

1 - By completing any step that enters you into a giveaway held by Rivalry (herein referred to as “The giveaway” or “Promotion”) shall be deemed as complete acceptance by yourself of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following Terms and Conditions are for any Promotion sponsored or held by www.Rivalry.com (“Rivalry”) unless specified otherwise.

2 - No purchase necessary to enter or win The Promotion. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

3 - Only people over the age of 18 are eligible for entry for the Promotion. During any stage of the Promotion you may be requested to provide Rivalry or a third part with proof of Identity and Age.

4 - By entering The Promotion you acknowledge that you are in a country and jurisdiction that lawfully allows participation in random draw Promotions.

5 - The Promotion will take place within the specified dates on the Promotion page.

6 - In the event that a participant has used unfair methods to gain more than the specified number of entries available, such as making additional accounts or to have acted in bad faith with respect to the Promotion, Rivalry has the right to exclude the participant from the Promotion and consequently ineligible to win the Promotions prize(s).

7 - The draw will select winners at random and Rivalry will contact the winners within 7 (seven) business days. If the selected winner fails to respond within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeit and Rivalry has the right to re-select a new winner or remove the prize.

8 - The prizes and amount of winners shall be listed in the description of the Promotion.

9 - To be eligible to receive the prize in the scenario you win, you may required to provide Rivalry with personal information such as name, address and mobile number to send any physical prizes to you. All information will be classified as confidential and will not be shared with any third party without prior consent.

10 - Rivalry’s decision is final in regards to all matters relating to awarding the prizes of the Promotion and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or third party.

11 - Participating in the Promotion is considered as your agreement that Rivalry may contact you via the methods you’ve signed up with, should you win the prize.

12 - The prize(s) from the promotion are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred for monetary value.

13 - By entering The Giveaway each entrant unreservedly agrees to these Terms and Conditions which govern The Giveaway and the awarding of the Prize.

14 - By entering The Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Rivalry, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection The Giveaway or the acceptance of the Prize.

15 - Rivalry reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.

16 - Rivalry reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend The Giveaway if, in its sole judgement, The Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.
