Eligible Entrants
Permanent residents of Australia aged 18 and over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Complete one or more of the prompted actions: follow TCL Australia’s nominated social media pages, subscribe to newsletters, visit web pages as specified on the competition page, or refer others to the promotion. Each completed action equals one entry.
Submit all requested details in full, including the entrant’s full name, a valid email address and contact phone number.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Maximum Entries
Entrants may earn multiple entries by completing the available actions on the promotional entry page. Each completed action will award a fixed number of entries as specified on that page.
Each action may only be completed once per person. Completing the same action more than once will not result in additional entries being awarded.
Entrant/Winner Determination
This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner(s). To be eligible, entrants must have completed at least one available action on the promotional entry page during the Promotional Period.
The Promoter will conduct a random draw to select the winner(s) of the available prizes. An entrant may win a maximum of one (1) prize (except in South Australia).
Prizes
There are four (4) prizes available in this promotion. Winners will be selected by random draw. Each prize consists of one (1) individual product as outlined below.

Prize Draw
One (1) draw will be conducted for all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Four (4) winners will be drawn sequentially in a single draw session, with each winner receiving one (1) prize as outlined in the Prizes section above. The first and second winners drawn will each receive Prize 1 and Prize 2, respectively, and the third and fourth winners drawn will each receive Prize 3 and Prize 4, respectively.
The draw will be conducted at 11:00 AM AEST on 29/07/2026 at UMM Communications Pty Limited, Level 2, 44-46 Chippen Street, Chippendale, NSW 2008.
If a drawn entry is deemed invalid or the selected entrant is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to draw one or more reserve entries and record them accordingly.
Winners will be notified in writing by email within seven (7) days of the draw. The winners' initial of their first name, last name and postcode will be published within seven (7) days of the draw at:

Winners must claim their prize by 11:59 PM AEST on 31/08/2026. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.
If required, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 11:00 AM AEST on 01/09/2026 at Level 2, 44-46 Chippen Street, Chippendale, NSW 2008. Unclaimed prize winners will be notified by email and phone on the same day of the draw, and the initial of their first name, last name and postcode will be published at https://gleam.io/l8wrO/tcl-2026-winter-sport-giveaway within seven (7) days of the draw.
Prize Delivery Terms
TCL Electronics Australia Pty Ltd will organise and cover the cost of delivering all prize items to a single residential address nominated by the winner within 8 weeks of prize verification. Delivery must be to an address within Australia and cannot be split across multiple locations.
Winners are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept delivery at the nominated address. TCL Electronics Australia Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for failed or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient.
Installation, unpacking, assembly, connection, and removal or disposal of any existing appliances are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. TCL Electronics Australia Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from the installation or operation of prize items once delivered.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash or any other product, in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Odds of Winning and Maximum Number of Winnings
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. An entrant may win a maximum of one (1) prize (except in South Australia).
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random draw as outlined in the Prize Draw section. The Promoter accepts no liability for a winner's failure to receive notification due to spam filters, incorrect contact details, or other technical issues outside the Promoter's control. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to claim their prize within the timeframe specified in the Prize Draw section, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Rights Granted by the Entrant
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name and general location (suburb and state) for the purpose of announcing and publishing prize winners, including on the Promoter's website and social media channels, without further compensation or notice.
Cancellation, Modification and Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right, subject to any directions from a relevant regulatory authority, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if a virus, bug, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any cause beyond the Promoter's control affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. In such cases, the Promoter may select winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken, if appropriate.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, the operation of the promotion, or who violates these Terms and Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other automated means of entering. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may constitute a violation of applicable law, and the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
By entering the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless TCL Electronics Australia Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:
such entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof;
unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Promotion; iii. electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; iv. technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment;
the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service;
printing errors.
Disputes
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State or Territory in which the Entrant ordinarily resides. By participating, entrants agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or Territory.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights entrants may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or applicable state and territory consumer protection legislation.
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, or any other social media platform used to share or host the promotion. Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform.
