FAQ
Do I need to buy anything? NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Does it matter where I live? You must live in the USA and in a state where the firearm is legal, we will not ship a firearm to a state where it is illegal.
What if the firearm is legal where I live but the magazines are not? We will ship the firearm without the magazines, we will not substitute firearms or include compliant magazines. Simply put you will receive a firearm without magazines.
Is shipping to my FFL covered if I win? Yes, DK Firearms will cover the shipping costs to your FFL.
Will I need to pay my receiving FFL any fees for the transfer? Most likely. DK Firearms is not responsible for any fees, or taxes you incur to complete the firearms transfer. Transfer fees vary by dealer.
What if I can’t pass the background check? You forfeit the prize and we will draw a new winner and send it to them.
Can I have someone else pick up the prize for me? NO YOU CAN NOT! The winner must pick up the prize and pass the background check.
If I am local to DK Firearms, can I pickup the prize at your location? Yes, you can. You will be required to pass a background check when you get here. It will probably be a good idea to call us first to go over the process if you are unfamiliar with it.
How does my firearm get shipped to me? All firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) dealer. If you win, you will need to find an FFL to accept the shipment for you. Please have them either fax or email a copy of their FFL license to us, as we will need this information to ship the firearm.
How many times can enter the sweepstakes? You can enter as many times as the contest allows. Some entries are daily, some are one time. Check the promotions page daily to see what entries can be entered daily.
How is the winner determined? The winning entry is determined at random. Chances of winning increase with the more entries you have. The more you participate in the sweepstakes the better your chance of winning.
How is the winner notified? The winner is notified via email. Please make sure you are using a valid email address. The winner will have 5 days to respond to our email, if the winner does not respond within 5 days a new winner will be selected. Check those Spam and promotions folders.
What does DK Firearms do with my information? We do not sell your information to third parties. Your information is used to contact you if you win, you can also sign up for our email newsletter. You can opt out of our newsletter at anytime.
Official rules:
1. Eligibility: This sweepstake is open to anyone 21 years or older that can legally purchase a firearm and lives in one of the 50 states of the USA, Washington DC, and US Territories where the firearm is legal. Employees of DK Firearms LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in this sweepstake. The sweepstake is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept all decisions of DK Firearms LLC as final and binding as they relate to the sweepstake.
3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on May 25th, 2023 at 4:00pm EST and ending June 22nd, 2023 at 11:59PM EST.
4. Grand Prize: A SIG Sauer P320 AXG Legion 9mm. The MSRP of this prize is $1529.99
5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by random drawing based on the number of entries submitted, the more entries you have the better your chances of winning. The Winner will be notified via email, the Winner has 5 days to respond, if a Winner does not respond to our email another Winner will be selected. If the winner is a resident of VA they can come to our location at 202 North Main Street, Bowling Green, VA and fill out the appropriate paperwork to complete the firearms transfer. Winners that are not local to DK Firearms LLC, must provide us with a transfer FFL dealer. We require the receiving FFL to either email or fax a copy of their FFL license to us prior to shipment of the prize. All federal and local paperwork, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Shipping to your receiving FFL is part of the grand prize. Any prize that is not legal in your state will not be shipped and you will be disqualified from the sweepstakes. There are no substitutions of the grand prize.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The more entries you have the better your chance of winning.
7. Terms & Conditions: DK Firearms LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstake should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond DK Firearms LLC control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstake. In such case, DK Firearms LLC may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by DK Firearms LLC. DK Firearms LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. DK Firearms LLC has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, DK Firearms LLC reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Only one winner per household in a six-month period. Once you have won a sweepstakes you cannot win another one hosted by DK Firearms LLC until six months have passed.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless DK Firearms and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
10. Disputes: THIS Sweepstake IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstake, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and any and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstake, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a State or court situated in the town of Bowling Green, Virginia. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
11. Collection of Personal Information: Entrant’s acceptance of these Official Rules and entry in this Sweepstake constitutes an agreement to allow DK Firearms LLC to use of their personal information for both online and offline direct marketing purposes. By entering this sweepstakes, you will opt-in to receive e-mail communications from DK Firearms LLC. You may at a later date opt-out of the receipt of email communications by following the directions in the email. Opt-in or opt-out status will not affect your participation or chances to win in this giveaway. DK Firearms does not sell your information to third parties.
12. By entering the sweepstakes You the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
