1. Sponsor: DEVPIXELVERSE, operating the Sigma Drop platform.
2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of: US, CA, GB, DE, AU, JP, KR, AE, CH, SG, IL, NL, FR, IT, ES, SE, NO, DK, AT, BE, RU, and UA, who are 13 years of age or older. Participants under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have parental or legal guardian consent to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Agreement to Rules: Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
4. Sweepstakes Period: Entries start March 21, 2026, and end on July 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT.
5. How to Enter: Entries must be submitted via Gleam.io by completing required actions (joining Discord, following social media, and entering the Secret Code from the Sigma Drop app). Limit: one (1) entry via Secret Code per person.

7. Prize Substitution & Payouts: If logistics, international sanctions, customs, or product unavailability prevent physical shipping, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a Digital Reward (Gift Card) or a digital payout in USDT (Stablecoin) equivalent to the estimated value ($499, $90, or $70 respectively).
8. Odds: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Selection & Confirmation: Winners are selected via random drawing. Notification will be sent to the registered email address. The winner must reply to said email and provide delivery details within 48 hours. Failure to do so results in forfeiture and a new winner will be drawn.
10. Rights Granted: By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name or handle for marketing and announcing results within the project without further compensation.
11. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, postal service failures, or damages resulting from prize use.
12. Taxes & Customs Duties: Any and all prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and local taxes, as well as customs duties and import fees in the recipient’s country, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
13. Platform Disclaimer: This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Reddit, Discord, TikTok, Sony, Microsoft, Apple, Google, Amazon, or Tencent.
14. Secret Code Limits: The "Secret Code" entry is limited to the first 10,000 successful registrations. Once reached, the task will be deactivated.
15. Winner Verification (SMS): To ensure authenticity, winners must undergo verification via SMS/Mobile Phone confirmation. Failure to provide a valid number or complete verification within 48 hours results in immediate disqualification.
16. Anti-Fraud & Fair Play: Use of multi-accounting, VPNs, proxies, or bots is strictly prohibited. Suspected participants will be permanently banned from Sigma Drop. Social media accounts must show signs of authentic activity.
17. Reservation of Rights: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes due to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control.
