1. General Conditions for Participation:

The Organizer of this Promotion is FREEMODE GO, LLC 3142 Constitution Drive, Livermore, CA, 94551.
  1. This Promotion will be governed by these terms and conditions. By means of clicking 'I have read and accept' of the terms and conditions to enter this Promotion, entrants agree that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. 
  2. Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly known as Twitter), TikTok, BlueSky, and / or YouTube will be henceforth referred to as the Platforms.
  3. This Promotion is open worldwide to entrants aged 18 and over only excluding employees and immediate relatives of employees of the Organizer, their respective parent, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies or any other person professionally connected with this Promotion.   
  4. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
  5. Participation is permitted irrespective of purchase of a product/service. No purchase necessary.
  6. Seventeen (17) Gleam entries in total per individual and per email address are permitted.
  7. In case of non-compliance with any of these rules or any behavior that is considered defamatory, offensive, or illegal, the Organizer reserves the right to reject the entrant from the Promotion.
  8. The Organizer takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
  9. You understand that you are providing your information to the Organizer. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with the Organizer privacy policy. Your information will only be used for other purposes if you gave your consent.
  10. The Promotion is in no way organized, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the Platforms. You understand that you are providing your information to the Organizer, and not to the Platforms. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with the Organizer privacy policy. The Platforms are completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Organizer and not to the Platforms.
  11. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain.

2. Promotion Details:

  1. The Promotion starts on Wednesday 1st July, 2026 at 10:00 AM PST and closes at 11:59 PM PST on Friday 31st July, 2026.
To enter the Promotion, entrants will need to go to the Gleam page https://gleam.io/faDUx/crkd-sg-guitar-controller-sweepstakes and enter via the entry button within the applicable Promotion start and closing date. There are seventeen (17) ways to enter in total. One individual can use all seventeen (17) ways to enter. Entrants will be asked to provide their name and email address and sign in with one of the following: email, Facebook, Google, or X (formerly known as Twitter) (this data will only be used to contact entrants regarding their participation in the Promotion) unless explicit permission is provided. On the same entry form, entrants will also be asked to follow certain channels and / or communicate about those channels. The entrant guarantees that all information given is accurate.

3. Selection of Winner and Prizes:

There will be three (3) winners in total. Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received. Participants may earn multiple entries through the giveaway actions, and the more entries submitted, the greater the chance of being selected.
Winners will be contacted via email using the email address provided during entry no later than twenty eight (28) days after the closing date of the promotion.
The Winners may be requested to provide further personal data in order for the Organizer to contact them. In the event the e-mail is returned as undeliverable, the recipient takes longer than 48 hours to respond to the email, or a Winner declines a Prize, the relevant entry will be disqualified and a new Winner will be randomly chosen. The Organizer will fulfill shipment of the Prize and will contact the Winner to arrange an appropriate day and time for the delivery of the Prize within a time period determined by the Organizer. Shipment will be fulfilled once the product has been manufactured and will be within six (6) months of the completion of the sweepstakes.

The Promotion Winners will each receive the following prize:
  • Choice of SG Black 20th Anniversary Edition or SG Cherry 20th Anniversary Edition with Extra Fret Neck and CRKD Colored Shoulder Strap. (RRP $140)
No cash alternative.  Prizes are not transferable. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the Prize description.

4. Your Privacy and Collection of Personal Data:

By entering the Promotion, the entrant grants the Organizer the right to contact them regarding their submission. By participating in the Promotion, entrants hereby agree to the Organizer collecting and using their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Organizer's privacy policy at https://crkd.gg/pages/privacy-policy.

FREEMODE GO, LLC. may transfer your personal information to affiliated companies outside of the United States of America. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to: (i) have accepted these Terms and Conditions; (ii) warrant that any information you submit is accurate and relates only to yourself and (iii) if you are a Winner, you agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by FREEMODE GO, LLC. including the publication of your name, photograph and a testimonial by you, in various media including on the Internet. By clicking the “entry” button, the following data will be captured by the Organizer:

  1. Social Media Sign Up ID
  2. Full Name
  3. Email Address

5. Limitations of Liability:

Organizer Freemode Go LLC and its subsidiaries, and their agents are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, provided this is done before the relevant closing date.

6. Governing law:

These Promotion terms and conditions will be governed by United States of America law.

7.Recourse to the courts is hereby waived.

8.The Promotion site and all other aspects of this promotional operation are administered by the Organizer.
