The Sponsor of the Midwest Racquet Sports x The Dink Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is The Dink ("Sponsor").
Eligibility
The Midwest Racquet Sports x The Dink Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at https://gleam.io/eGp1f/win-a-500-midwest-racquet-sports-shopping-spree-3-paddle-giveaway. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of North America (United States and Canada) and void where prohibited by law. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules
By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Sweepstakes.
Marketing Communications Consent
By entering this Sweepstakes, You agree to receive marketing communications from The Dink and Midwest Racquet Sports, including but not limited to promotional emails, newsletters, and other marketing materials. You may opt out of such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any marketing email.
Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on May 27, 2026 and ends on June 10, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://gleam.io/eGp1f/win-a-500-midwest-racquet-sports-shopping-spree-3-paddle-giveaway and completing any verification requirements (including email verification or fraud scoring) set by the Sponsor. Entries must fulfill all requirements of the Sweepstakes to be eligible to win.
Incomplete entries or entries that do not adhere to these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses fraudulent methods or otherwise attempts to circumvent the Sweepstakes rules.

Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $500 Midwest Racquet Sports shopping spree.
Three (3) additional winners will each receive their choice of one (1) pickleball paddle from Midwest Racquet Sports.
Four (4) total winners will be selected. The prizes are non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prizes will be fulfilled after winner verification within approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks, subject to product availability and fulfillment logistics.
Shipping Restrictions
The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of North America (United States and Canada). Prizes will be shipped only to valid addresses within the United States or Canada. The Sponsor will not ship prizes outside of North America.
If a valid shipping address within the United States or Canada is not provided within the required timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged shipments once the prize has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
No Manufacturer Warranty or Endorsement
The prize is provided "as is" with no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, express or implied, by the Sponsor. Any manufacturer warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and not the Sponsor. The Sponsor is not responsible for product defects, recalls, or availability issues.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification
The Winners will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor.
The Winners will be notified within seven (7) days of selection via the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes or through the contact method associated with the entry platform. The Sponsor is not responsible for a Winner’s failure to receive notifications due to spam filters, junk mail folders, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues.
If a selected Winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
Verification
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility, identity, and compliance of any entrant or Winner. Failure to provide requested documentation or information within a reasonable timeframe may result in disqualification.
Rights Granted by the Entrant
By entering this Sweepstakes, You grant the Sponsor and its designees the right, where permitted by law, to use your entry, name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and biographical information in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, for news, publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, or consent.
You represent and warrant that your entry is original and does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Dink from any claims arising from a breach of this representation.
Terms and Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion should any cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
Force Majeure
The Sponsor shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Sweepstakes due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, labor disputes, governmental orders, platform outages, shipping carrier failures, or interruptions to internet or communication services.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Limitation of Liability
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless The Dink and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or human error.
Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the United States. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

To request a copy of the Winners List, contact the Sponsor within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
