Eligibility: WIN an iPhone 17! (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at the designated giveaway pages and are 13 years of age as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to residents of Canada and the United States (excluding Quebec) and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of BioSteel (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on April 10th, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST and ends on July 9th, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the official online form provided and passing any verification requirements set by the Sponsor. Entries must fulfill all requirements to be eligible. Incomplete or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prizes:
The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. All taxes and expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for promotional use of the Winner’s name and likeness.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor and notified within 7 days. If the Winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, an alternate Winner may be selected.
Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your submitted content, name, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failures, or other issues beyond its control.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless BioSteel and its affiliates from any liability related to participation or prize use.
Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved individually in Canadian courts.
Privacy Policy: Information submitted is subject to the Privacy Policy on the BioSteel website.
Winners List: Requests must be sent within one (1) week of the end of the Entry Period.
