SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Win a Free SunFire SF120 Radiant Heater Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 8:00 a.m CDT on September 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m CDT on September 25, 2023. A1] (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the sweepstakes.
SPONSOR: Rock Energy Systems LLC d/b/a SunFire, 4109 Capital Circle, Janesville, Wisconsin 53546 (“Sponsor”).
AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize (described below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who at the time of entry, are 18 years or older and legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Canada. Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, parents and children and their spouses) and household members (whether or not related) of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes or otherwise associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER: There are multiple ways to enter, with each entry method receiving different numbers of entries. The methods of entry and the entries received for each respective entry method are below. Entrant may only utilize each entry method once, unless otherwise specified below.

· Answer the question – “What country are SUNFIRE heater’s made” (20 Entries)- Entrant must click on the link in the Sweepstakes Interface button and complete all required fields to complete the entry process.
· Tweet on Twitter (150 Entries) - the Sweepstakes Interface will generate a pre-approved Tweet which Entrant can post to their Twitter timeline a maximum of one (1) time during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of Twitter accounts Entrant may have. Entrant must post the pre-approved Tweet that is auto-populated by the Sweepstakes interface as-is and without alteration or addition to earn an entry into this Sweepstakes. For posting to their timeline using this feature, Entrant will receive a maximum of 150 entries into the Sweepstakes, regardless of the number of Share on Twitter tweets posted to Entrant’s timeline during the Sweepstakes Period. For the Share on Twitter bonus entry to be valid, during the Sweepstakes Period and for thirty (30) days thereafter, Entrant’s Twitter profile must be public, and thus viewable by the Sponsors and their agents, and Entrant must include the hashtag #Sweepstakes in their post. To the extent Entrant’s Tweet promotes Sponsor, Entrant is responsible for disclosing in their referral Tweet that they received an entry into this Sweepstakes in exchange for providing a promotional message or may receive an entry into this Sweepstakes in exchange for use of their referral link to enter the Sweepstakes. All posts to Twitter must comply with the applicable Terms of Service and may not contain obscene, lewd, derogatory, infringing, illegal, or inappropriate content, communicate messages inconsistent with the positive images with which Sponsor wishes to associate themselves, or otherwise violate these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
· Follow @sunfireheaters on Twitter (75 Entries) - Entrant must click on the link in the Sweepstakes Interface button and follow Sponsor on Twitter.
· Visit @sunfireheaters on Instagram (75 Entries) Using the Sweepstakes interface, Entrant may select the option to “Visit @sunfireheaters on Instagram” to be taken to Sponsor’s Instagram page. No entries will be earned for visiting Sponsor’s Instagram page outside of this feature.
· Visit the Sunfire Facebook page (20 Entries) Using the Sweepstakes interface, Entrant may select the option to “Visit Sunfire on Facebook” to be taken to Sponsor’s Facebook page. No entries will be earned for visiting Sponsor’s Facebook page outside of this feature.
· Refer a Friend (700 Entries): [A3] Using the Sweepstakes interface, Entrant may select the option to “Refer a Friend.” Entrant will be given the option to send a “Refer a Friend” message via email. Using the email invitation tool to invite friends to enter the Sweepstakes, Entrant will be provided with a customized email that includes a unique referral link. Entrant may only send an email invitation to persons with whom they have an existing relationship and with whom a message from them would not be considered spam. Entrant may add to, but may not remove or modify any auto-populated copy included within the customized email generated by the Sweepstakes interface (including, without limitation, any disclosure regarding the rules of the Sweepstakes or regarding the fact that Entrant may earn bonus entries through a referee’s use of your referral link). Entrant will receive 700 Entries into the Sweepstakes for each individual who uses Entrant’s unique referral link to submit a valid entry into the Sweepstakes. For clarity, Entrant will not earn Entries for using the email invitation tool, rather the entries will only be earned, for a valid entry into the Sweepstakes made using Entrant’s referral link obtained via email. This method of entry can be used multiple times In the event an individual receives and attempts to enter via two separate referral links, only the entry via first referral link will be considered a valid entry.
· Watch the SF120 Product Video (50 Entries) Using the Sweepstakes interface, Entrant may select the option to “Watch the SF120 Product Video” to be taken to watch the designated Video. No entries will be earned for watching the video outside of this feature. Individuals may enter via this method once per calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period.
· Subscribe to Sunfire on YouTube (100 Entries) - Entrant must click on the link in the Sweepstakes Interface button and subscribe to Sponsor’s YouTube channel.
· Click on the Daily Bonus Entry (10 Entries) - Entrant must click on the link in the Sweepstakes Interface button to obtain the Daily Bonus Entry. Individuals may enter via this method once per calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period.
· Visit the Sunfire LinkedIn page (15 Entries) Using the Sweepstakes interface, Entrant may select the option to “Visit the Sunfire LinkedIn Page” to be taken to Sponsor’s LinkedIn page. No entries will be earned for visiting Sponsor’s Facebook page outside of this feature.
Multiple entrants, including individuals entering through the “Refer a Friend” methods are not permitted to share the same mobile phone, email account, Twitter account, Facebook account, or Instagram account. Entrant may not send more than one (1) email invitation to the same person during the Sweepstakes Period. Message and data rates may apply. All rules, guidelines, and terms and conditions of Twitter, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Inc. and Instagram, Inc. apply. By including the hashtag #Sweepstakes in their Tweet post, Entrant is confirming their acceptance and agreement to these Official Rules.
Entries in excess of the listed amounts will be disqualified, as will incomplete entries, entries not submitted in accordance with these Official Rules, and entries not received during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt(s) made by the same individual to submit more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple emails, mobile numbers, social media accounts, false contact information, or otherwise may result in the Entrant being disqualified. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. All materials submitted become the physical property of Sponsors and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address or social media account associated with the entry, provided that person is eligible. Winners may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. “Registered account holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the applicable domain or to a social media user name by the applicable social platform. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules and/or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are incomplete or inaccurate whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. All entry information become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By submitting an entry, you agree that your submission is gratuitous and made without restriction, and will not place Sponsor under any obligation. Sponsor is free to disclose or otherwise disclose the ideas contained in the entry on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to you. You acknowledge that, by acceptance of your entry, Sponsor does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Sponsor, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you. By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsor has no obligation to use or post any entry you submit.
TIMING OF DRAWINGS AND NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS. After the close of the Sweepstakes Period, the winner of the prize will be selected via a random drawing consisting of all eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Period . The prize will be delivered to the winner using the contact information in the entry. [A4] If a winner cannot be contacted or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited and no alternative winner will be selected. The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection via email. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated. Potential winner must sign and return an IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days of receipt in order to formally claim the prize. Potential winner must also meet all legal requirements for receipt and ownership of the prize. Selection of winners will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final.
PRIZES AND THE VALUE OF THE PRIZES. One (1) Grand Prize: One SunFire SF120 Radiant Heater. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $2,395. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded.
GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. The prize is subject to availability and is subject to change. The prize may not be transferred, assigned, changed or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part with other prizes of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winners of any prize valued over $599.99 will be required to provide their Social Security numbers and appropriate tax documentation for tax reporting purposes. Sponsor will file where required an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of any prize.
ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received from all entry methods.
WINNERS’ LIST. For the names of the winner, please send a self-addressed and stamped envelope to SunFire - 4109 Capital Circle Janesville, WI 53546. Requests for winners’ names must be received by November 30, 2023. Allow four to six weeks for delivery of the list.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE. By participating, each entrant (a) agrees to release the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by their participation in this Sweepstakes, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize except where prohibited by law; (b) consents to the use by Sponsor and each of their respective designees of the winner’s name, hometown, photograph, voice, or other likenesses and prize information for promotion, advertising and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law, and upon request will provide written confirmation of such consent; and (c) acknowledges that none of the Sweepstakes Entities or anyone else has either made, or is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality or availability. Neither any of the Sweepstakes Entities nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website or to complete a telephone call or facsimile transaction, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANT. By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any print or digital media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SunFire from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Rock Energy Systems LLC DBA: SunFire may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR AND THE APPLICABLE ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR INDIVIDUAL(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
No failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) is not capable of being executed as planned, or in the case of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, technical failures or any other causes that in the opinion of Sponsor or Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof), Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any suspect entry or entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited, by participating Sweepstakes entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
