OFFICIAL RULES
These Official Rules apply to the RETAY Dog Days of Summer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and are subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CDT on August 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Void outside the fifty (50) United States and where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Banshee Brands, Inc., located at 29000 Information Lane, Suite 502, Easton, Maryland 21601 (“Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: The RETAY DOG DAYS OF SUMMER Sweepstakes is open only to legal individuals currently residing in the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years old, but NOT TO residents of Illinois, connecticut, massachusetts, new jersey, new york, alaska, california, hawaii and rhode island. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. at the date of the start of the Sweepstakes Period, Employees, officers and directors of sponsor or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. All entrants must have access to the Internet prior to the start of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winner. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible persons can enter by submitting an entry using the online form provided here: https://gleam.io/competitions/WmBaA-dogs-days-of-summer-giveaway (the “Official Entry Form”) and all entrants must pass any verification requirements (email or fraud score) required by the Sponsor. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Entrant must provide all required information on the Official Entry Form including, without limitation, first and last name and email address, to be eligible to enter. Entries must be submitted by the entrant. Entrant may be asked to answer optional questions and/or register for future notices of online Sweepstakes; however, entrant need not answer these questions or agree to receive future emails in order to be eligible for entry in the Sweepstakes. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. For information about Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, go to: https://www.retayusa.com/privacy-policy/. By entering the Sweepstakes, eligible individuals agree to these Official Rules and other terms and conditions set forth on the Official Entry Form. Any attempt by entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial Sweepstakes/Lottery/Raffle/Giveaway subscription notification and/or entering services, will void entrant’s entry and that entrant will be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entries must be posted by the end of the Sweepstakes Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible to win.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Normal internet, phone and usage charges imposed by entrant’s online or phone service may apply. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
SELECTION OF WINNER: The winner will be selected by a random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor on September 1st, 2026 at 6 PM CDT.
The potential winner will be announced at https://retaynation.com/. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days after the first attempt to notify him/her that he/she has been selected to receive the prize, that potential winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and a new random draw will be performed by the Sponsor. Any alternate potential winner will also have seven (7) days to claim the prize, and must satisfy all eligibility requirements. Sponsor will repeat this process until an official qualifying winner claims the prize.
Except where prohibited, the potential winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release (the “Affidavit/Release”) within seven (7) days of being notified. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period or is unavailable to accept the prize within the time period specified by Sponsor, the potential winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner by random draw. Noncompliance with the foregoing, failure to abide by these Official Rules, or return of the prize notification as non-deliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.
POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive:
- 20 gauge Black RETAY ACE
- 1 case of 20 gauge ammo from Migra Ammunitions
- 1 fully vaccinated black lab puppy from Southern Pine Kennels
- 1 years’ worth of dog food from Sportsman’s Pride
- 1 dog training package from Avery Sporting Dog
- 1 kennel from Lucky Duck
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize: $5,000.00 USD.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit one (1) prize per person, per household. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specifically stated herein are the responsibility solely of winner. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize. A prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other Sweepstakes or offer. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. The winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the appropriate retail value of prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW AND OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of the provision above. Neither Sponsor nor anyone acting on its behalf will enter into any communications with any entrant regarding this Sweepstakes, except as expressly set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the website, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; (b) award the prize from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment in accordance with the winner selection criteria described above; and/or (c) terminate he Sweepstakes in its entirety.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR, CROWD9 PTY LTD., MIGRA AMMUNITIONS LLC, SOUTHERN PINE KENNELS LLC, SUNSHINE MILLS, INC., AND BANDED HOLDINGS, INC. AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY OR PRIZE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM. SUCH SUBMISSIONS SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE NON-CONFIDENTIAL, NON-PROPRIETARY AND SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO SUCH SUBMISSIONS AND SHALL BE FREE TO EDIT, EXPLOIT, MODIFY, PUBLISH, REPRODUCE, USE, DISCLOSE, DISSEMINATE AND DISTRIBUTE THE SUBMISSIONS TO OTHERS WITHOUT LIMITATION IN ANY AND ALL MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR NOT CURRENTLY KNOWN, THROUGHOUT THE WORLD IN PERPETUITY FOR ANY PURPOSE WITHOUT COMPENSATION, PERMISSION OR NOTIFICATION TO ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD-PARTY.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
