UK Planet Tools – Win 1 of 3 Grass Trimmers Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsor
The promoter of the Win 1 of 3 Grass Trimmers Giveaway is UK Planet Tools Ltd,
1 Holdom Avenue, Milton Keynes, MK1 1QU, United Kingdom (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of UK Planet Tools Ltd, or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or promotional partners, are not eligible to enter.
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. Agreement to Rules
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
4. Entry Period
Entries open at 09:30 GMT on 01 June 2026 and close at 16:00 GMT on 30 June 2026 (“the Entry Period”).
Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
5. How to Enter
Participants must submit an entry via the online entry form and complete any required verification (such as email confirmation).
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated on the entry form.
Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are not permitted and will result in disqualification.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms and Conditions.
6. Prizes
There will be three (3) winners, with one (1) prize awarded per winner.
The prizes are:
- Makita Grass Trimmer – 1 winner
- DeWalt Grass Trimmer – 1 winner
- Milwaukee Grass Trimmer – 1 winner
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or alternative prizes will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Giveaway closes.
Each winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the Giveaway ending.
Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim their prize.
If a winner fails to respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering, participants grant UK Planet Tools Ltd the right to use their name for promotional purposes related to this Giveaway, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
UK Planet Tools Ltd, its employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
