Eligibility
The iPhone 17 Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open worldwide and void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who sign up at:

Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Canadian Protein (the "Sponsor"), as well as their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial/state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules
By entering the Sweepstakes, you ("Entrant") agree to fully and unconditionally accept and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. All questions, comments, or concerns regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor.
Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 8th at 5:00 PM EST and ends on October 6th at 11:59 PM EST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit the official online entry form at:

Entrants must satisfy any verification requirements (including email verification or fraud screening) established by the Sponsor.
Entries must meet all stated requirements to be eligible. Incomplete, fraudulent, or rule-violating entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Entrants may not use multiple identities, email addresses, or devices to circumvent the rules. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry process may result in disqualification.
Review Submission Requirement
Upon selecting a winner, they will be required to furnish evidence of their review submission of a Google review for Canadian Protein. This requirement will apply if the winner had utilized any credits obtained for submitting a review on Google.
Prize
One (1) Winner will receive: Apple iPhone 17 – 256GB
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,129 CAD
Colour may vary and is subject to availability.
The actual retail value may vary at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize are determined solely by the Sponsor. No cash substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable.
All federal, provincial/state, and local taxes and any other prize-related expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Winner Selection & Notification
The Winner will be selected in a random draw conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw via the contact information provided at entry.
The Sponsor is not responsible for failed delivery of notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact details, or other technical issues. If the selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days of notification, or fails to return required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
Rights Granted by Entrant
By entering, you grant the Sponsor and its representatives the right to use your name, likeness, entry, and related content in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation, notice, or consent where permitted by law.
You represent that your submission does not infringe on any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canadian Protein from any claims arising from intellectual property infringement or related disputes.
Terms & Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, viruses, or any other factors beyond the Sponsor's control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. The use of bots, scripts, or automated systems to enter is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Canadian Protein and its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Canada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Canada having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes). You further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

To request a copy of the Winner's name, contact the Sponsor within one (1) week following the end of the Entry Period.
