Contest Eligibility: The Contest is open to all residents of Canada and the United States who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside and who have a valid email address.  
How to Enter the Contest: No purchase whatsoever is required in order to be eligible to enter this Contest. 
Participants may enter the contest by completing the online form found at golfavenue.com/en/contest & golfavenue.com/us/contest and properly filling out all required fields.   
All entries must include the following Personal Information respecting the participant: Participant's Full Name (First and Last), Postal Code, and Valid Email Address.   
Participants may only use one (1) email address to participate for the duration of the contest. Participants who enter the contest under multiple email addresses will be disqualified.   


How to Earn Contest Entries: Users may collect entries into the contest by completing any (or all) of the below actions. Each action is worth a unique amount of entries.    
1.     Mandatory Action: Subscribe to Golf Avenue’s Email Newsletter: worth five (5) entries.    
2.     Optional Action: Visit Golf Avenue on Instagram: worth two (2) entries.   
3.     Optional Action: Visit Golf Avenue on Facebook: worth two (2) entries. 
4.     Optional Action: Successfully refer a friend or family member to enter the contest: worth (5) entries.   


Additional Details on Friend Referrals: Each friend or family member successfully referred earns the participant an additional five (5) entries into the contest. Therefore, if the participant successfully refers two friends, they’ll earn ten (10) entries.   
To qualify for the additional entries, the friend or family member must have used the referring participant’s uniquely generated contest link (found within the contest page) to participate in the contest. In addition, to qualify for the additional entries, each participant referred must participate using a valid email address.    


Contest Dates: The Contest begins on September 11th, 2023, at 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) and ends on September 24th, 2023 at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time).  


Grand Prize Winner Selection:   
There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded at the end of the contest. The Grand Prize consists of discontinued Nike Club Gems and a Nike Care Package valued at $1000 CAD. The Grand Prize consists of:

Winner Notification and Acceptance of Prizes:   
The Contest Winner (The Grand Prize Winner) will be selected on September 25th, 2023, at 12:00 PM ET. The winner will be selected by a random draw performed electronically, from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.  
The participant selected as the winner will be notified via email at the Email Address provided at the time of entry. The email notification will include additional questions regarding the participant. 
In order to officially accept their prizes, the winner must reply to this email with all completed responses within seven (7) business days. If Golf Avenue does not receive a winner’s response within the allotted seven (7) business days, their respective prize will be forfeited and awarded to a new participant.  
Winner announcements may be posted on Golf Avenue’s social media account(s) for promotional purposes; but such posts are not counted as official announcements and only the participants who received the formal email notifications qualify as Contest Winners.   


Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest, you understand and agree that Golf Avenue shall have the right, where permitted by law, to publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media, your entry, name and statements about the Contest, for publicity, information, advertising, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.   


Terms & Conditions: Golf Avenue reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Golf Avenue’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. Golf Avenue reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Golf Avenue has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.
