1.  Sponsor: The C4 Energy® x Chicago Fire FC® Sweepstakes  (this “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Woodbolt Distribution, LLC d/b/a Nutrabolt, 332 Grace Lane, Austin, Texas 78746 (the “Sponsor”). Any third-party trademarks mentioned herein are the property of their respective trademark owners. The use or mention of such third-party trademarks in these Sweepstakes Official Rules (these “Official Rules”) or in this Sweepstakes is solely for descriptive purposes and shall in no way imply an endorsement or sponsorship of this Sweepstakes. The MLS Entities (defined below) are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes and are in no way responsible or liable for the administration of this Sweepstakes. All trademarks used are the property of their respective owner(s) and are used for prize description purposes only.

2.  Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is only open to (i) legal residents of the United States, (ii) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, (iii) who live within a seventy-five (75) mile radius from Chicago, Illinois (the “Territory”), and (iv) are not otherwise prohibited from entry as set forth herein (each, an “Entrant”). The Winner (as defined herein) must have a valid social security number or other personal tax identification, or he/she will be ineligible to win the Prize (as defined herein). Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, its affiliated companies and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and Chicago Fire Football Club, LLC (“Club”), Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”), Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”), Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), and Player Development, LLC (“PDEV” and together with Club, MLS, SUM, and MLSNP, collectively, the “MLS Entities”) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes  (collectively, “Released Parties”) are ineligible to participate or win a prize. Entrants are eligible to win a Sponsor contest or sweepstakes only once every six (6) months. By entering into this Sweepstakes, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, which are final and binding in all respects.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.  Void outside Territory, and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

3.  Sweepstakes Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4.  How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by navigating to the entry form found at https://gleam.io/Ic21Q/c4-energy-x-chicago-fire-tickets-sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and accurately and truthfully (i) completing the entry form fields, including Entrant’s full name and e-mail address, and (ii) confirming that Entrant is eighteen (18) years of age or older, a United States resident, and acknowledges and agrees to the terms of these Official Rules. All required fields on the entry form must be completed and the entry form must be submitted to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (an, “Entry”). Entries are limited to one (1) per eligible Entrant. All Entries in excess of this limit will be deemed void. Only fully completed Entries are eligible.

In the event that one e-mail account is used by multiple people to register for the Sweepstakes, the Entrant is deemed to be the one natural person who is assigned the e-mail address associated with that e-mail account by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an Entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor and the MLS Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor and the MLS Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

Entries generated by robotic, programmed script, macro, or by other automated means will be deemed void.  Entrants may not register with multiple e-mail accounts nor may Entrants use multiple devices to enter the Sweepstakes as multiple Entrants.  Any Entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail accounts under multiple identities will be disqualified in Sponsor’s discretion.  Proof of submission of any Entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Sponsor. 

5.  Selection of Winner: A random drawing from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will take place within ten (10) business days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Winner. Sponsor will contact the Winner via the e-mail address associated with the winning Entry. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. An Entrant will be deemed the winner of the Prize pending confirmation and/or verification of eligibility (as further described in Paragraph 7 below) (the “Winner”). The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 

6.  Prizes:  One prize will be awarded by Sponsor as follows (the “Prize”): 

There is a total of one (1) Prize. The total ARV for the Prize is $1,060.00 USD.   

7.  Prize Conditions: The Prize is nontransferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute all or any portion of the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the designated Prize (or any component thereof) is not available for any reason. The Winner, as a condition to receiving the Prize, will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release or similar document and may be required to complete, sign, and submit an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent form with the Winner’s full social security number or other U.S. taxpayer identification number within twenty-four (24) hours of Sponsor notifying Winner of his/her Prize eligibility. In the event (i) Sponsor is unable to contact the prospective Winner within twenty-four (24) hours from the first notification attempt, (ii) the prospective Winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified time, and/or (iii) the prospective Winner fails to comply with any of the requirements in these Official Rules, such prospective Winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate prospective Winner will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible Entries received. The Winner will be shipped their respective Prize within ten (10) business days following verification of the Winner. Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee may issue appropriate tax reporting forms related to the Winner’s receipt of any Prize. The Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and/or any other fees/costs associated with the Prize or receipt of the Prize. 

The Prize event date and location is subject to change or cancellation. Seating assignments are subject to availability and change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Winner and his/her guests (the “Guests”) must abide by all venue, local, and state policies and/or guidelines. Sponsor and/or venue operator reserves the right to revoke full or partial Prize from Winner or any Guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, have violated any venue, local or state policy, guideline or law, and/or may bring Sponsor and/or venue operator into disrepute. Any such decision by the venue operator shall be final. IN ANY EVENT, SPONSOR NOR MLS ENTITIES WILL BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR WINNER’S AND/OR ANY GUEST’S INABILITY TO COMPLY WITH, OR NONCOMPLIANCE OF, ANY VENUE, LOCAL, OR STATE POLICY AND/OR GUIDELINE. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities, trip cancellation insurance, personal purchases, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely Winner’s responsibility.

8.  Publicity Rights: The Winner’s acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for Sponsor, the MLS Entities, and each of their respective designees to use the Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

9.  Entrant’s Personal Information: Each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that by participating in this Sweepstakes and providing any personal information in connection therewith, subject to applicable law, Sponsor may collect and use such personal information provided for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes, for Sponsor’s internal purposes, and for marketing and advertising activities. All information submitted by Entrants, such as names, e-mail addresses, and mailing addresses, will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://cellucor.com/pages/privacy-policy.

10.  Release & Assumption of Risk:  By participating in this Sweepstakes, all Entrants (including Winner) agree to forever release, hold harmless, and indemnify Sponsor and the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever related to Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of the Prize. Each Entrant waives any and all rights to claim ambiguity, should it even exist, in connection with these Official Rules.

BY ENTERING, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH ENTRANT FURTHER AGREES TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING AGAINST SPONSOR AND THE RELEASED PARTIES RELATIVE TO THE PRIZE(S) AND HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SPONSOR AND THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT, OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZE, OR PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED THEREWITH, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR SUITABILITY FOR USE. The failure of Sponsor or the Released Parties to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to any act of God, storm, hurricane, tornadoes, other inclement weather, fire, riot, earthquake, act of terrorism, act of public enemies, war, civil unrest, or actions by governmental authorities outside the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable law), or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules by Sponsor.

11.  Limitation of Liability:   Sponsor and Released Parties shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, or injury (including death)) to any Entrant in connection with: (i) participation in this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any damage or loss due to human error, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (ii) acceptance/possession, use/misuse and/or defects of the Prize awarded herein and any Sponsor products or services purchased therewith; (iii) any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or failures of any kind; (iv) any damage to an Entrant’s (or a third person’s) computer, network, and/or phone and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes; and/or (v) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or this Sweepstakes. If for any reason an Entrant’s Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Entry in this Sweepstakes, if possible.

12.  General Conditions:  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes corrupts the integrity, administration or fairness of this Sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any Entrant or other individual it finds to be: (i) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the smooth operation of this Sweepstakes, (ii) taking any action which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or (iii) otherwise violating these Official Rules. If for any reason Sponsor is not capable of running this Sweepstakes as-planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, (iv) hold a drawing excluding any Entrants suspected of taking any action which violates these Official Rules or otherwise tampering with the operation of this Sweepstakes, and whose Entries were received as of or after (if applicable) such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension date, or (v) take any other action which is fair and equitable under the circumstances.

By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive, release and forever discharge the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, liabilities, obligations, expenses and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ and experts’ fees and costs) arising from any injury, damage, theft or other loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, (x) from the participation in the Sweepstakes, (y) from the receipt or use of the Prize and (z) to any part of the Prize after receipt by the Winner.

13.  Disputes: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL BE FINALLY RESOLVED BY ARBITRATION AND SHALL BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT BY CLASS ACTION. THE ARBITRAL TRIBUNAL SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO RULE ON ANY CHALLENGE TO ITS OWN JURISDICTION OR TO THE VALIDITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE. ARBITRATION SHALL BE HELD IN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND COUNTY OF TRAVIS. IN NO EVENT SHALL AN ENTRANT SEEK TO RESCIND ITS AGREEMENT WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

Each Entrant further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she be permitted to obtain awards for, and each Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, expenses, or costs of whatever nature arising from this Sweepstakes. Each Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased in any form.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.

14.  Announcement of Winners; Questions; Winner’s List: The Winner will be announced on the Sweepstakes Website, following the completion of the Sweepstakes and verification of the Winner. All questions and inquiries about this Sweepstakes may be submitted by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the following mailing address:
