1. Event Period
Event Period: 17 July 2026, 00:00 to 31 August 2026, 23:59 (UTC+8).
2. Eligibility & Participation
Eligible Participants: This event is only open to Singapore local residents. A valid Singapore mobile phone number and mailing address are required.
How to Participate: To enter the giveaway, participants could:

Each completed action as described above may increase the number of entries, thereby improving the participant’s chances of being selected as a winner.

All prizes are non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
4. Winner Notification
Winners Announcement: Round 1 winners will be announced on July 27, and Round 2 winners on August 31. Within 3 business days of each announcement, all winners will receive an email with instructions on how to collect the prize.
Prize Claim: Prizes not claimed within the specified period may be forfeited, No re-issue or re-allocation of forfeited prizes will be made.
Important: You must reply within the deadline in the Prize Claim Instructions email. If we don’t receive your reply in time, your prize will be considered unclaimed and will be forfeited.
5. Personal Data & Privacy Protection
UGREEN will strictly comply with local data privacy laws and regulations in Singapore. For the purpose of prize notification and delivery, we will only collect necessary personal information (such as name, contact details, and delivery address). All information will be securely deleted within 30 days after the event concludes and all prizes have been delivered.
6. Disclaimer & Right of Interpretation
In the event of force majeure (e.g., cyber attacks, system failures, natural disasters, or government actions) that prevents the continuation of the event, UGREEN reserves the right to suspend or terminate the event.
