   1. Term and Eligibility to Enter
   
   
   1.1 The Pink Ticket Travel Puerto Vallarta Getaway Contest (the “Contest”), brought to you by Pink Triangle Press (“PTP”) is offered online at https://gleam.io/HmYSu/pink-ticket-travel-puerto-vallarta-getaway, and is open to any legal resident of Canada and the contiguous United States (i.e. excluding Hawaii and Alaska) who have reached the age of majority according to the laws of the country, province, state, or territory in which they reside (the “Entrant”).
   
   
   1.2 Employees, officers, and directors of PTP and its associated subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, advertising sponsors, representatives, and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, and directors are not eligible to enter.
   
   
   1.3 The Contest will begin on September 1, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. EDT and end on September 24, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. 
   
   
   1.4 All Contest entries and submissions become the property of PTP and will not be returned or acknowledged.
   
   
   1.5 No purchase is necessary or required to enter and to win. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
   
   
   2. Entry Requirements
   
   
   2.1 To enter the Contest, entrants must fully and successfully complete the online form provided at https://gleam.io/HmYSu/pink-ticket-travel-puerto-vallarta-getaway and also pass any (email or fraud score) verification requirements established or implemented by PTP.
   
   
   2.2 Entrants may qualify for additional Contest entries by successfully completing additional actions as indicated on the Contest signup page.
   
   
   2.2 Entrants may only register once for the Contest and any attempt to circumvent this rule (e.g. by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices, etc.) will result in disqualification.
   
   
   2.3 PTP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry for any reason whatsoever, and by entering the Contest, the Entrant agrees to accept and abide by PTP’s decisions as final and binding in regards to any aspect of the Contest.
   
   
   3. Prize Awarding
   
   
   3.1 On September 26, 2023 at noon EDT in Toronto, Canada, one (1) winning entry will be randomly selected by PTP from among all eligible entries received and the Contest winner (the “Winner”) will be awarded a Grand Prize of: 
   
   
   Economy class return airfare for two (2) to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico from Canada or the contiguous United States, and five (5) nights hotel room accommodation with a total approximate suggested retail value of CAD $1,500.
   
   
   3.2 The actual or appraised value of the Grand Prize may differ at the time the prize is awarded, and no other cash or prize substitution shall be permitted, except at the sole discretion of PTP. PTP reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with another prize of equal or similar value if the Grand Prize cannot be awarded for any reason.
   
   
   3.3 The confirmed winner will be responsible for any cost or expense not explicitly indicated as part of the Grand Prize, including any applicable federal, provincial, state or municipal taxes. The Grand Prize is also subject to the following conditions:
   
   
   1. The trip must be taken between April 1, 2024 and November 15, 2024, however travel dates are subject to availability of either flights and/or hotel accommodation and may be subject to blackout periods, e.g. during holidays or special events. PTP will administer and coordinate all travel arrangements with the Winner.
   2. The Winner and their travel companion must: a) travel together on the same flights, dates and times and no stopovers are permitted; b) share one hotel room - the number and size of beds are subject to availability; c) ensure that both travelers have any necessary travel documentation such as valid passports or visas; and d) ensure both travelers have complied with all medical requirements and documentation such as vaccinations and certificates at both origin and destination.
   3. Once airline tickets have been issued and hotel accommodations are confirmed, no changes or cancellations are permitted. PTP will cover the cost of any taxes, security charges or airport fees related to the airline tickets and any taxes for the hotel room.
   4. All other costs not detailed in c) above are the responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion, including, but not limited to: airport transfers; local transportation; meals; gratuities; travel and trip insurance; optional excursions, attractions and admission fees; internet, wifi, and phone calls; etc.
   5. Loyalty program and frequent flyer points and mileage accumulation, and use of upgrade credits are not permitted.
       
   3.3 Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.  The Winner will be notified using the email address provided by the Entrant, shortly after they have been identified as the winning entry and must sign a declaration and claim form to claim their prize. 
   
   
   3.4 The Entrant’s eligibility and compliance with the Official Contest Rules will be verified in order to be confirmed the Winner and receive the prize.  The Winner must also first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the Winner. 
   
   
   3.5 If the prize is unclaimed within seven (7) calendar days  of notification, or if a selected Entrant is deemed not eligible or does not comply with the Official Contest Rules, the selected Entrant will be disqualified and will not receive the prize, and PTP will select another winning entry.
   
   
   3.6 PTP will notify the Contest Grand Prize Winner at the email address provided on the Contest claim form.  PTP accepts no responsibility or liability for email address errors on the Contest claim form or failure to receive notification due to junk, spam, or other email security settings.
   
   
   3.7 The Grand Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded.  
   
   
   4. Conditions
   
   
   4.1 By participating in the Contest, Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless, PTP and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, sponsors, agents, and each of their respective shareholders, employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses and damages arising out of their participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activities and the acceptance, receipt, use or misuse or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.
   
   
   4.2 By submitting an entry, Entrants acknowledge and agree that all submissions (including but not limited to written material, name of the Entrant, city and province/state of residence of Entrant, photo of Entrant) may be reproduced and published (without notice or compensation, in perpetuity) by PTP for promotional purposes in any media, including, without limitation, in any of its publications, electronic media, websites and without limitation, on any other PTP digital media or printed material, such as posters, advertisements, etc. published by PTP.  
   
   
   4.3 PTP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or refuse Contest entries or Entrants that: (1) contain or have supplied unlawful, inappropriate, offensive, untruthful, inaccurate, or misleading information/content or information/content that otherwise does not comply with these Official Contest Rules, including, without limitation, information/content which would reasonably be understood to be defamatory, threatening, distasteful, or otherwise objectionable; or (2) attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest and/or otherwise is engaging in unfair or inappropriate practices.  Entrants agree not to: submit any material that contains viruses, or any other computer code or files made to interrupt, limit, or disrupt the functionality of any computer software or hardware or other equipment. PTP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disclose any submissions to law enforcement.
   4.4 PTP reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest without prior notice for any reason, including if, for any reason PTP is not able to carry out the Contest as planned due to causes beyond the control of PTP, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other event, that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Contest.  
   
   
   4.5 PTP shall not be responsible for any lost, late, or incomplete entries or for technical malfunctions or other failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections.
   
   
   5. Legal
   
   
   5.1 This contest is subject to and complies with all applicable Canadian federal and Ontario laws and regulations and may change without notice in order to comply with any local, provincial and/or federal law.  Any questions or issues regarding the Contest, the rights, and obligations between the Entrant and PTP in respect of the Content, or the awarding of the Grand Prize will be carried out and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Province of Ontario and Canada.
