1. SPONSOR. The sponsor of this giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is GunStreamer LLC, [MAILING ADDRESS — TO BE ADDED], Austin, TX [ZIP] ("Sponsor"). Fulfillment of the firearm and suppressor prize is coordinated with Van's Sporting Goods, Cullman, AL 35057, a licensed FFL/SOT ("Fulfillment FFL").
2. ENTRY PLATFORM. Entries are collected through Gleam (gleam.io), a third-party entry-management service. Gleam is not a sponsor, administrator, or guarantor of this Sweepstakes and has no liability in connection with it.
3. NO AFFILIATION WITH SOCIAL PLATFORMS. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, X, YouTube, TikTok, or any other platform. Each entrant releases those platforms from all liability.
4. ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry (or older where the entrant's jurisdiction requires) and who may lawfully purchase, receive, possess, and own at least the firearm component of the Prize under all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws. The winner must be able to pass all background checks required by law to take possession of the prize component(s) awarded to them. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, the Fulfillment FFL, and participating dealers, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Limit one (1) entry per person; additional entries are disregarded.
5. PRIZE COMPONENTS & GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATIONS. Entry and winning are open in all U.S. states and the District of Columbia; no jurisdiction is excluded from entering or winning. The Prize has two components, and a winner receives only the component(s) they can lawfully possess. (a) The suppressor, an NFA-regulated item: a winner residing where civilian suppressor ownership is prohibited — as of the start of the Entry Period: California, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia — will receive the firearm only; the suppressor will not be transferred, and no cash or substitute is provided for it. (b) The firearm, a semi-automatic AR-pattern pistol supplied with 30-round magazines, a stabilizing brace, and a threaded barrel: where a jurisdiction restricts this configuration (magazine-capacity limits, "assault weapon"/feature-based restrictions, brace restrictions, or roster/approval requirements), the firearm will be provided only in a lawfully compliant configuration where one exists; where no lawful transfer is possible, that component is not awarded and no cash or substitute is provided. A winner who cannot lawfully receive a given component simply does not receive that component and is not disqualified on that basis alone.
6. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins June 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time and ends June 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Central Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper.
7. HOW TO ENTER. Standard entry: during the Entry Period, visit https://gunstreamer.com and submit your first name, last name, email, and phone; confirm you are 21 or older; and accept these Official Rules. Limit one (1) standard entry per person. Optional bonus entries: through the Gleam widget, entrants may complete optional actions (visiting or following a participating dealer's or GunStreamer's social accounts or stream, sharing, or referring others) to earn additional entries; optional actions are voluntary and not required to enter or win. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): to enter without any online action, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email, phone, and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to GunStreamer LLC, [MAILING ADDRESS — TO BE ADDED], Austin, TX; one entry per mailed card; must be received by June 30, 2026; AMOE entries receive one standard entry and identical odds. Use of multiple identities, bots, scripts, or fraudulent information voids all of an entrant's entries. Sponsor's records are final.
8. DEALER ATTRIBUTION AND CONSENT TO CONTACT. Entrants may enter through a participating dealer's unique referral link. By entering, you agree Sponsor may identify the referring dealer associated with your entry and share your entry information with that dealer. By checking the applicable consent box(es) at entry, you agree to receive marketing and follow-up communications by email and/or SMS from Sponsor and the referring dealer; message and data rates may apply; frequency varies; reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent to marketing is NOT a condition of entering or winning.
9. IDENTITY OF ENTRANT. No person other than the selected winner may take possession of the Prize. In a dispute over identity, the entry is deemed submitted by the person in whose name it was registered at entry. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.
10. WINNER SELECTION. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about [DRAW DATE — e.g., July 7, 2026] under Sponsor's supervision using Gleam's random-winner tool. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
11. NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within [X — e.g., 5] business days of the drawing and must respond within [X — e.g., 5] business days. The selected entrant is a "potential winner" only and is not the winner until verification is complete. Before being declared the winner, the potential winner must: verify age (21+) and identity; confirm lawful residence in a jurisdiction where both Prize components may be received (Section 5); designate, and be accepted by, a receiving FFL for the firearm and a receiving SOT/Class 3 dealer for the suppressor, and pass all required background checks and ATF/NFA transfer requirements; execute and return an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within [X — e.g., 14] days; and provide a completed IRS Form W-9. Failure to respond, qualify, or return documents on time results in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
12. PRIZE, TRANSFER, AND COSTS. Prize (one winner): one (1) Springfield Armory Kuna 9mm pistol with Strike Industries FSA folding brace (MPN KN9069B-FSA, UPC 706397988951), including two 30-round magazines; and one (1) SilencerCo Omega 9K 9mm/.300 BLK suppressor (SKU SU1544). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,800 total (firearm package approx. $1,050; suppressor approx. $750). Promotional graphics may not represent the actual prize. Transfer terms: Neither component ships directly to the winner; the firearm transfers only through a properly licensed FFL and the suppressor only through a licensed SOT/Class 3/NFA dealer. Sponsor or the Fulfillment FFL will ship each component to a receiving FFL/SOT designated by the winner and acceptable to Sponsor; Sponsor pays shipping to the receiving FFL/SOT. The firearm transfer requires an ATF Form 4473 and background check at the receiving FFL. The suppressor transfer requires an ATF Form 4, applicable fingerprinting and photographs, ATF approval, and any required waiting period before the winner may take possession. As of January 1, 2026 the federal NFA transfer tax on suppressors is $0 (no tax stamp); however, all other NFA requirements — Form 4, background check, registration, ATF approval, and transfer through a licensed SOT — still apply, and possession will not be delivered until ATF approves the transfer. The winner is responsible for all FFL/SOT transfer fees, state fees, and any other costs of transfer; Sponsor's obligation is limited to providing the Prize hardware and paying shipping to the receiving FFL/SOT. No cash alternative or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a component of equal or greater value if a component becomes unavailable.
13. TAXES. All federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the ARV exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the Prize value, and the winner must provide a completed W-9 as a condition of receipt.
14. FORFEITURE AND DISQUALIFICATION. A selected entrant forfeits the Prize (or the affected component) and Sponsor may select an alternate if the entrant is unable, unwilling, or legally prohibited from receiving the firearm component; fails identity or eligibility verification; fails a background check; fails or abandons the firearm or NFA transfer; provided false information; or fails to respond or return documents on time. Inability to lawfully receive the suppressor alone does not disqualify a winner from receiving the firearm component.
15. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION. By entering, each entrant, to the greatest extent permitted by law, releases and forever discharges Sponsor, the Fulfillment FFL, participating dealers, Gleam, the platforms named in Section 3, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, claim, or damage arising from participation (or attempt to participate) in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, transfer, or use of the Prize. Each entrant further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its agents from any claim brought by anyone arising from the entrant's participation or the ownership, transfer, possession, or use of the Prize.
16. NOT RESPONSIBLE. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for: technical malfunctions or human error in collecting, processing, or transmitting entries; lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries or postage-due mail; printing or advertising errors; or any condition that disrupts the administration or security of the Sweepstakes. In such events Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes and award the Prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before the action.
17. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city/state, photograph, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in all media, in perpetuity, without additional compensation.
18. PRIVACY. Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at [PRIVACY POLICY URL — TO BE ADDED] and may be shared with a referring participating dealer as described in Section 8.
19. DISPUTES — BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY; THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Except for actions seeking injunctive relief, disputes regarding Sponsor's intellectual property, and individual claims brought in small claims court, any claim, dispute, or controversy arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes, the Prize, or these Official Rules shall, at the election of either party, be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. CLAIMS MAY BE ARBITRATED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION AND THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. Before initiating arbitration, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Sponsor. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision.
20. GOVERNING LAW. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
21. SEVERABILITY. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
22. WINNERS LIST. For the name of the winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to GunStreamer LLC, [MAILING ADDRESS — TO BE ADDED], Austin, TX, within four (4) weeks after the draw date.
