The new Vudu X 2-12x40 rifle scope is constructed of high strength aluminum with 30-millimeter tube dimensions. With second focal plane designs, the Vudu X scopes provide a crisp, precise reticle throughout the magnification range. With this design, distance range can be estimated using the highest magnification.
The eye piece of the Vudu X series scopes provides a wide power band that offers fluid and rapid motion throughout the range and includes a removable throw lever for even faster manipulation.
X series scopes come equipped with high density, low dispersion glass with multicoated lenses, offering impressive light transmission and scene clarity. Branded, protective front and rear flip-up caps are included to protect against the elements or provide storage when not in use.
An illuminated reticle powered by a CR2032 battery can be adjusted on the fly and adapt to almost any lighting condition. Brightness can be controlled by a rheostat dial positioned on the left side of the housing offering 10 brightness settings. The dial has engraved numbering to indicate the brightness setting and includes an off position between each setting to simply power down the scope.
The windage and elevation turrets are capped to avoid any inadvertent changes and are designed to allow for adjustments and quickly return to your original zero.

Drawings and Winners: Contest will be open for entry from 6PM Pacific time on April 25th, 2024 through 12 Noon Pacific time on May 6th, 2024. The winning entry will be determined by Gleam via RANDOM.ORG. After the contest ends, a winner will be chosen within 5 days and notified via the email address and/or phone number they provided. The winner will then have 3 days (72 Hours) to claim their prize by responding to the notification email. If the winner does not claim their prize within 72 hours, or is deemed ineligible, a new winner will be drawn from the pool of contest entrants and notified. This process will repeat until the prize is claimed. No entry can win more than once.
All prizes will be awarded. In the event prizes are not awarded or go unclaimed, Recoil Group will hold a raffle of all contest participants to award the remaining items at the conclusion of the raffle.
Once a winner has claimed the prize, the winner's name and contact information will be communicated by CMG West, LLC to the sponsoring manufacturer or vendor for prize fulfillment.
Fulfillment of Prizes: CMG West, LLC does not possess or hold any prizes. Prizes are the property of their sponsoring manufacturer or vendor, and fulfillment of the prize rests solely upon the manufacturer or vendor. CMG West, LLC holds no responsibility for fulfilling prizes.
Odds; Taxes; Etc. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. The prize will be awarded. If the prize is returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 5 days after delivery of notification, it will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. The prize is not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) for the prize will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the prize. Limit one prize per household or address. The prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Identity of Entrant. In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
How to Enter. To enter, you must: enter your email address into the contest widget featured on either the Recoilweb.com or GunDigest.com websites. By entering the contest you agree to be subscribed to both the Recoil email newsletter, the Gun Digest email newsletter, and the email newsletter of the prize sponsor. Your contest entry date shall serve as your subscription date to these three newsletters.
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, You will not use the promotion or any prizes for any illegal purpose, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this promotion. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. General Release. By entering the Promotion, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, co-sponsors, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
Use of Winner's Name, Likeness, etc. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Promotion constitutes permission to use winner's name, hometown, persona, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. Affidavit & Release. As a condition of being awarded any prize, the winner will be required to execute and deliver to Sponsor a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability, and any other legal, regulatory, or tax-related documents required by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Miscellaneous. In the event a new law or legislation goes into effect that will make this firearm illegal, Sponsor will stop the contest early prior to it going into effect and draw a winner. The Promotion and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada. As a condition of participating in this promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Washoe County, Nevada having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this promotion). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
By entering the contest a participant electronically represents ("sign") that he/she agrees to these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Promotion or any entrant's participation in the Promotion should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion, or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Promotion as planned.
