1. NO ENTRY FEE, PAYMENT OR PURCHASE IS REQUIRED: Sweepstakes entries will be accepted from the date of posting until 11:59 PM EST of the stated ending date (the 'Entry Period'). This Audioholics Contest (Sweepstakes) ends on Friday, June 16th at 11:59 EST.

2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Forum Contest Giveaway, visit the Contest Forums and fill out the linked form, following all instructions in the contest post. Users must be a registered member of the Audioholics Forum to post on the contest thread. Entries must be received on or before 11:59 PM EST on the last date of entry (see forum contest post) in order to be eligible for the drawing. Entries are limited as described in the forum contest posting. Any mass entries or otherwise malicious or automated postings will be disqualified. Audioholics.com is not responsible for any hardware, software or communications error resulting in failure to receive and register any entry. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed to belong to the holder of the e-mail account. Entries may be emailed to verify identity and contest eligibility to ensure they have knowingly entered the contest. All entries are the property of Audioholics.com, and Audioholics.com reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules or tampers with the promotion or the web site. Audioholics.com reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the entire promotion at any time. If promotion is terminated for any reason, notice will be promptly posted at http://www.audioholics.com and this forum.

3. ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to any living person per the specific limitations set forth in the forum contest post. Employees, principals, and immediate family of Audioholics.com or their sponsors or affiliates are ineligible to enter.

4. DRAWING: The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted within 1 week of the contest closing date by Audioholics.com, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The prize winner will be notified, by email, during the week following the ending of the contest. If for any reason Audioholics.com is unable to contact a prize winner within 48-hours of the drawing at the email address provided on entry, the prize will be deemed forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. An exception may occur in contests that have only a single prize where a new winner may be selected after 7 days. In accepting any prize, the prize winner grants permission to have his or her name and email submitted to the contest sponsor for prize notification and shipment. Contest winners' names may also be used for Audioholics.com's advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Note: You will ONLY be contacted from an authentic Audioholics email address AFTER the contest ends to verify your identification, contest entry and USA residency.

5. PRIZES: The prizes in this drawing vary per contest. Please see the specific contest thread for more specific information, including eligibility. Audioholics.com may, at its discretion, require the prize winner to complete and return an affidavit certifying the prize winner's eligibility for the prize and to provide the winner's federal tax ID number. Audioholics.com shall not be deemed to be a seller of the prize for any purpose, and does not assume any responsibility or liability, under tort or contract, for the proper or improper use or installation of the prize or for its merchantability or suitability for any particular purpose. In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Audioholics.com and its agents, servants and employees from any liability arising from damages, injuries, or losses of any kind which may arise from the possession, use or misuse of the prize.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering or accepting a prize in this Sweepstakes, winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any federal, state, or local taxes which may apply are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.

7. LIST OF WINNERS: Following the award of the prize, the prize winners' names will be posted at www.audioholics.com or this forum.

8. MARKETING DISCLOSURES: Sweepstakes entrants will automatically be enrolled to receive the Audioholics.com Newsletter. Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to release and hold harmless Audioholics and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.

4. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Canada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Canada having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes). You further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

5. Winners List: To request a copy of the winners list please contact the Sponsor. Requests must be sent within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.
