  1. Sponsor: The Sponsor of ShineWater Glitter and Shine Sweepstakes is ShineWater, 916 Washington Ave. Suite 220. Bay City MI. 48708
  2. Eligibility: ShineWater Glitter and Shine Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at https://gleam.io/G8Gqr/shinewater-glitter-and-shine-sweepstakes and are 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of United States, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of ShineWater (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
  3. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes.
  4. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at on 25 September, 2023 at 12:00AM EDT and ends at on 20 December, 2023 at 12:00AM EST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
  5. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://gleam.io/G8Gqr/shinewater-glitter-and-shine-sweepstakes and pass any verification requirements (email or fraud score) set by the Sponsor. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
  6. Prizes: The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive the following prizes:
    • 1 winner(s) will receive Hometown Screening of Dreamworks Trolls Band Together for up to 150 people (approximate retail value 4991 USD)
    • 50 winner(s) will receive VIP Prizes - Fandango Promotional Code, DreamWorks Trolls Band Together Merchandise and ShineWater (approximate retail value 63 USD)
    Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  7. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  8. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified within 2 days of the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 2 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
  9. Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShineWater from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which ShineWater may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
  10. Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to release and hold harmless ShineWater and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
  12. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of United States, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in United States having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes). You further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

  14. Winners List: To request a copy of the winners list please contact the Sponsor. Requests must be sent within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
  15. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.
  16. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions.

    NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO AND ARE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES.


    HOW TO ENTER: On or about October 1, 2023, the official ShineWater in store QR code on Point of Purchase, Website, Instagram, and Facebook accounts will post the ShineWater “Glitter and Shine” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). You may enter the Sweepstakes by entering via the  QR code on ShineWater/Troll’s 3 shippers or other Point of Purchase at participating retail locations or following @shinewater on Instagram and Facebook accounts as well as online through ShineWater’s website Sweepstakes page (note: mobile entry may be subject to fees under the terms of the entrant’s mobile device subscription plan; contact your carrier for pricing plans and details) (“Entry” or “Entries”). ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON AND/OR PER E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 8pm (EST) on November 30, 2023, for the Grand Prize. VIP Prize entries must be received by December 20th, 2023.


    PROMOTION PERIOD; DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES: The Sweepstakes runs on or about October 1, 2023, through 8pm (EST) on November 30, 2023 (the “Promotion Period"). Entries must be received by 8pm Eastern Standard Time on November 30, 2023, to be included in the drawing for the Grand Prize.  If you are not chosen for the grand prize, your entry will then be considered for the VIP prizes and all other entries after the first drawing must be received by 8pm Eastern Standard Time on December 20th, 2023.

    ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open and offered only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia who, as of October 1, 2023, are at least 18 years of age. Employees, officers, and representatives of ShineWater, Universal Studios Licensing, LLC, (“Universal”), DreamWorks Animation L.L.C. (“DreamWorks”), and each of their respective affiliated companies, advertising, and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, in-laws, siblings and children and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person, whether or not related, are not eligible. Limit one (1) Entry per e-mail address, which is valid for the entire Promotion Period. No mechanically reproduced Entries will be accepted. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with, Instagram or Facebook. Universal has provided certain prizes but is in no way involved in the creation, execution, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes. 

    Entrants who are under the legal age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence must have a parent or guardian’s permission before providing personal information. 

    Personal information provided in the Entry will be used in accordance with the Sponsors’ Privacy Policy. Entries will be deemed as made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses, domains associated with the submitted information.

    DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize winner and Fifty (50) VIP winners will be selected by a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or its agent from all eligible Entries received within the Promotion Period. Eligible Entries are properly submitted Entries received during the Promotion Period and that otherwise meet the requirements described in these Official Rules. The Grand Prize drawing will be held on or about December 4, 2023. Such drawing will be final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing and ShineWater will email or message them directly on Instagram or Facebook or via email of their Entry being drawn within two (2) days of the drawing. Upon notification, the winner must claim their Prize by e-mail or by the telephone number provided. If the winner does not respond within two (2) days of notification, an alternate winner for such Prize may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible Entries. The Prize will be available no later than December 31, 2023. 

    Fifty (50) VIP Prizes will be held on or about December 22, 2023. Such drawing will be final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The winners do not need to be present at the drawing and ShineWater will email or message them directly on Instagram or Facebook or via email of their Entry being drawn within two (2) days of the drawing. Upon notification, the winner must claim their Prize by e-mail or by the telephone number provided. If the winner does not respond within two (2) days of notification, an alternate winner for such Prize may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible Entries. The Prize will be available no later than December 31, 2023. 


    PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) and Fifty (50) VIP Prizes (“VIP Prizes”) will be awarded (collectively, “Prize(s)”). The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. No purchase of any kind is necessary in order to enter the Sweepstakes or win the Prize, and chances of winning are not enhanced by making any purchases.

    *Each Code is good towards the purchase of two movie tickets (up to $30.00 total ticket and convenience fee value) to see DreamWorks Trolls Band Together at Fandango partner theaters in the US. Code is void if not redeemed by January 31, 2024 or when DreamWorks Trolls Band Together is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first.  Code is only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at www.fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any Fandango partner theater box office. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced, and there will be no refunds. No cash value. Not valid with any other offer. Code is for one-time use only. Not for resale, void if sold or exchanged. If cost of movie ticket with Fandango’s convenience fee included is more than maximum value of the Code, then user must pay the difference. Any price difference between movie ticket purchased and maximum value of the Code will not be refunded.     General Prize Conditions:
     Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Any federal, state, and local taxes on any Prize and all costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not expressly specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the respective winner. There is a limit of one (1) Prize per household or family. Each Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash by the winner. No Prize substitutions shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
    The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. All Prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a Prize is rejected or returned by a winner during the Promotion Period, the Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining Entries.

    WINNER REQUIREMENTS: Potential winner may be required to agree to the terms and conditions of an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release (together with any other documents that may be requested by the Sponsor and/or prize provider), which must be confirmed with valid proof of age within two (2) days following the winning notification or the Prize may be forfeited. Noncompliance with these Official Rules by any potential winner will result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited.


    LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE: Any Entry is void if not obtained from authorized and legitimate channels, or if the Entry is, in whole or in part, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained via fraud or theft. In no event will more prizes be awarded than stated herein. The Sponsor is not responsible for the failure of any emails not received during the Promotion Period. Sweepstakes Entities (as defined below) are not responsible for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, seeding or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the distribution of Entries through emails, the processing of prize claims, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Each winner acknowledges that the Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants (and winners) (and, if eligible minors, their parents and legal guardians) hereby defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Universal, and DreamWorks, along with their respective parent entities and subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, attorneys and agents (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) from and against any and all injuries, losses, damages, claims and actions of any kind arising from or relating, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of any Prize (including, without limitation, any injury or harm resulting from participation in any Prize activity) that may be awarded, including, without limitation, actual, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or other damages.

    RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND SWEEPSTAKES; DISQUALIFICATION: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, without advance notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, should causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Official Rules at any time during the Promotion Period. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes, for whom the Sponsor believes to be causing error, disruption, or damage, or who is not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified and any associated Prize claim will be void.


    RIGHT TO USE NAME, PHOTO AND LIKENESS: By accepting a Prize, each winner (and, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) consents to the use of his/her name, city and state of residence, photo and/or likeness in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, by the Sweepstakes Entities for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited.

    The winners’ list will be available after December 31, 2023, for thirty (30) days.

    GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The Sweepstakes will be governed by  law. Any and all disputes regarding the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be settled by final and binding arbitration in Bay City, MI, pursuant to the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association (in the case of Puerto Rico, any and all disputes can be filed before DACO) as well as Canada. Except as expressly provided in the Sweepstakes to arbitrate, no claim may be joined with another dispute or lawsuit, or consolidated with the arbitration of another claim, or resolved on behalf of similarly situated persons, or brought as private attorney general or on another similar representative basis. For any claim subject to arbitration, you may not participate in a class action in court or in a class-wide arbitration, either as a plaintiff or claimant, class representative or class member.

    No Injunctive Relief: EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT HE/SHE SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT TO ENJOIN OR RESTRAIN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, DISTRIBUTION OR EXPLOITATION OF THE PICTURE, OR ANY OTHER MOVIE, PRODUCTION OR PROJECT OF UNIVERSAL OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES.
