NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Balsam Hill “Sponsor” or the Promotional Partner (as defined below), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household of such employees are ineligible. This Sweepstakes is open only to those who are legal residents of, and located within, the United States, except Rhode Island, at the time of entry. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void outside the United States and where prohibited. The Sponsor may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prizes and the identity of the winner, to appropriate taxing authorities.
AGREEMENT TO RULES
By participating, the participant (“You”) agrees to be fully bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The “A Colorful Springtime Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) entry submission begins at 7:00 a.m. PST on April 11, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on April 24, 2024 (“Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. Entries received beyond the Giveaway Period will be void.
Winner announcements per day will be published on the Balsam Hill Facebook and Instagram pages on or about 5:00 p.m. PST, the day after the collection of entries.
HOW TO ENTER
The Giveaway will use “Gleam” as its Official Giveaway App. Multiple entries are allowed.
During the Giveaway Period, visit the giveaway page found on the Balsam Hill Blog (https://www.balsamhill.com/sweepstakes) and follow the instructions to complete the entry form with the information required and submit your entry. The submission of this entry form constitutes one entry.
Using Gleam, participants may earn additional entries [with a maximum of fifty-five (55) entries, inclusive of the submission of the entry form], by performing any of the following actions. Actions are completed through the Gleam app, where the participants can click on any of the entry actions and will be directed on how to complete it.

- Browse our 2024 Spring 1 Digital Catalog = 2 entry
- Watch a video on our official TikTok account = 1 entry
- Follow Balsam Hill on TikTok = 1 entry
- Follow Balsam Hill on Spotify = 1 entry
- Share with friends and followers = 2 entries (maximum share of 20)
Entries must be made only through the Official App. Entries received from any person or email address over the stated limitation will be void. There is no cost to register or enter. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Participants may only use one (1) email address to enter this Giveaway. Multiple participants are not allowed to use the same email address. Each participant in the Giveaway must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the e-mail account indicated by the participant in the Official App. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the winner submitting an entry, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account is opened. The email account must be opened before the commencement of the Giveaway. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry(ies) will be deemed ineligible. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in the Giveaway. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
No automated entry devices, bots, and/or other programs and/or software are permitted for entry. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose entry(ies) appears to have been the result of mechanical reproduction or other violations of these Official Rules.
WINNER SELECTION/DRAWING
One (1) winner will be selected on or about twenty-four (24) hours from the end of the Giveaway Period via random drawings by an authorized representative of the Sponsor. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. All decisions are final in all matters relating to this Giveaway. Except as specifically provided herein, the prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. The Sponsor may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prizes and the identity of the winners to appropriate taxing authorities. Prizes will be awarded to a winner only if she or he fully complies with these Official Rules.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winners will be notified via Facebook announcement and via the email address provided by the potential winner in the Gleam App at the time of entry, and will be required to complete and return a Certificate of Eligibility (which includes the winner’s full name, address, and signature), and other documents as may be required by applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, within seven (7) days of the date of notification or alternate winners may be selected. If the winner fails to return such completed documents and/or information within the specified period, or cannot be contacted, is ineligible, has been disqualified, or fails or refuses to claim the prize within (7) from the time award notification is sent, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
The Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by the potential winner for any reason, including the potential winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

To one (1) winner, the Sponsor will award the following, depending on which faux floral set they choose:

The total approximate retail value of the prizes collectively is $378 (USD).
Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be determined solely by the Sponsor.
Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign, or transfer prizes or redeem prizes for cash, but the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prizes (or a portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By accepting the prizes, the winners agree to the release of his or her name, likeness, and/or entry(ies) for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law.
RIGHTS GRANTED
Except where prohibited, You understand and agree that Your participation in the Giveaway constitutes Your consent to the Sponsor’s and its agent’s right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and worldwide, without limitation, Your entry, name, picture, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice review or consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, You agree that the Sponsor and any other person or entity associated with the Giveaway, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Giveaway or resulting from the winner's participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse, of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, privacy or defamation.
The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to You or any other person, or to Your or any other person's computer or telephone equipment relating to or resulting from entering, participating in, or downloading materials or software in connection with this Giveaway or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for printing or typographical errors in any Giveaway-related materials.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or those found to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Giveaway as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such case, the Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received before and/or after (if deemed appropriate by the Sponsor) the action taken by the Sponsor. In such case, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates any of the Official Rules of the Giveaway.
PRIVACY
E-mail addresses submitted for this Giveaway will only be used to contact the winner and will be included in our mailing list unless the participant has opted to unsubscribe to our mailing list to receive newsletters and special offers. E-mail subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.
