Terms and Conditions:

1. Sweepstakes Administration: Jack’s AMD Radeon GPU Drop Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is administered by iGames, Inc. located at 800 W Main St, Boise, ID 83702 ("iGames" or "Administrator") and sponsored by Advanced Micro Devices ("AMD" or "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is only open to residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), United Kingdom, Scotland, and Ireland, who are 18 years of age or older as of June 23, 2026. If an Entrant is under the age of majority, then he/she must obtain prior consent from his/her parent or legal guardian to enter and the parent or legal guardian may be required to verify the granting of consent and/or sign a release at the discretion of the Administrator. Failure of an Entrant's parent or legal guardian to verify consent and/or sign a release will invalidate an Entrant's Entry. The Sweepstakes is void in the Province of Quebec and where prohibited by law. Employees of Administrator, Sponsor and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers or other individuals involved in the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable country, federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.

3. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, you ("Entrant" or "you") agree to comply with and abide by these rules ("Official Rules") and the decisions of the Administrator, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Administrator's decisions as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to the Administrator with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes.

4. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes starts at 9am Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") on June 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm PDT on July 5, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by logging in or creating a free account on AMDGaming.com and registering for the Sweepstakes at https://www.amdgaming.com/sweepstakes/jacks-gpu-drop. Entrants must pass any verification requirements (email or fraud score) set by the Administrator.

Entrants will receive an "Entry" or "Entries" as specified below, when completing the following activities. Each Entry provides a single submission in the "Drawing" for a prize. Maximum of 33 Entries per person. Any attempt to obtain more than 33 Entries will void the Entries and the Entrant will be disqualified.

6. Entries: Entries must fulfill all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified in these Official Rules, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Administrator. You must enter with a valid email address. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

7. Prizes: Six prizes are available to be awarded to the winners (one prize per winner):

All prizes are in United States Dollars (USD). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes is $3,939.94 USD. The actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. All details and other restrictions of prizes specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Administrator's discretion who reserves the right to offer a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all country, federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner, by entering the Sweepstakes, consents to Administrator using Winner's name, country and entry as described herein without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The prize is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. No warranty is supplied nor implied from the Administrator or Sponsor except when applicable, for a manufacturer's limited warranty, which may be provided with a prize at the sole discretion of the Administrator or Sponsor.

8. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Selection and Notification: Administrator will conduct the Drawing on or about July 6, 2026 in Boise, ID, USA. The Drawing will be made using Administrator's random selection tool. You do not need to be present to win. Each potential Winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the Drawing. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. The Winner may be required to agree to the Certificate of Eligibility and Release ("Release"), which includes an acceptance of these Official Rules and a release of liability, to the extent permissible by law. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes Winner's agreement to sign such document. If required by law, the Winner also will be required to execute Federal and/or State tax releases. Within 5 days of notification attempt, winner must respond to Administrator with the requested documents and if applicable, any tax release, or the prize will be forfeited. In such a case, Administrator will choose an alternate winner by the same random method. Receipt of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all country, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Rules by the Winner at the Administrator's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

Canadian Winners Only: In addition to the above, if a person selected by the random selection method is a resident of Canada, as prescribed by Canadian law, he/she will be required to correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone at a prearranged time in order to be declared a winner.

10. Use of Information: The Administrator collects personal information in order to conduct the Sweepstakes and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and Sweepstakes administrators. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants agree that Administrator, Sponsor and their agents and assignees may use his or her name, contact information (email, address), alias, image and other entry information to manage the Sweepstakes. In addition, any such information may be used and disclosed as set forth in the AMDGaming.com Privacy Policy located at https://www.amdgaming.com/legal/privacy; provided, however, that for residents of Canada, personal information will not be used for any purpose other than administering the Sweepstakes unless the Entrant has expressly agreed to such use or the use is required or otherwise authorized by law. Please note that by participating in the Sweepstakes and accepting these Official Rules, you acknowledge and accept the use of your personal information and other data for the purposes set out above and it may be transferred and stored in the United States. If you wish to request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, or to market to you, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within 30 business days. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

11. Rights Granted by the Entrant: By submitting an Entry containing User-Generated Content ("UGC") (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Administrator, Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of these entities or their respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By submitting UGC, you represent and warrant that your Entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party's proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims.

12. General Conditions: The Administrator and Sponsor reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases the Sponsor may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Official Rules. The Administrator has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Administrator and Sponsor reserve the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree, to the extent allowed by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Administrator, Sponsor, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.

14. General Terms: To the extent permitted by applicable law, (a) the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of Idaho, USA; (b) each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Ada County, Idaho, USA; and (c) all Entrants agree to Ada County as the venue for any legal action without regard to conflict of laws doctrine.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys' or experts' fees.

Administrator's failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

16. Social Platform Disclaimer: The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitch, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. Entrant agrees to fully release Facebook, Twitch, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Discord from any and all liability.
