In the event of noncompliance, ineligibility (in whole or in part), or if winner cannot be contacted for any reason, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the random drawing. By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor, Prize donor and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents are indemnified, released and will be held harmless by participants from any and all liability WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person(s), including PERSONAL INJURY, death AND/or property damage, arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or his/her participation in this Promotion or any Promotion-related or prize related activity. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive a prize package including: (1) Taurus G3 Tactical T.O.R.O. Cerakote Patriot Brown Tan 9mm Luger Full Size 17 Rds. Tall Co-Witness Sights Pistol.
Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize except at the Sponsor's option for a prize of comparable or greater value. All taxes not specified are the responsibility solely of the winners. Limit one prize per person, family or household. Prize winner is solely responsible for complying with any relevant background checks and registration/licensing requirements, and designating a FFL to receive and transfer the Prize for wherever required by law. The Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with receipt and use of the Prize, including without limitation federal, state and local income taxes, and license, title and transfer fees, and Sponsor will provide the Prize Winner with an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual final retail value of the Prize, or such other governmental tax forms that may be necessary, as determined in the sole discretion of Prize Donor. Due to individual state restrictions, this giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Drawing: Winner(s) will be drawn from a random drawing conducted from among all eligible entries received by Gun Talk, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Giveaway is subject to end without notice at any time. Winner(s) will be chosen on June 2, 2023 after the giveaway ends at 11:59 pm Central.
Notification of Winner/Claiming Prize: Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail only and have up to 5 days to claim their prize via an e-mail reply or phone, stating their name, mailing address, city, state, zip, home phone number and/or work phone number, plus FFL info as needed. If the selected winner does not claim their prize within 5 days from being selected as the winner of the giveaway, an alternate winner will be selected until the selected winner replies via e-mail within 5 days of being selected as the winner of the giveaway.
Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree a) to the Official Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final in all respects; and b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Gun Talk, and its respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, agents, prize donors and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors and employees from all claims or damages arising out of their participation in the giveaway and the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize. By accepting a prize, winners or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians agree, where legal, to the use of their names and/or likenesses, for advertising purposes without compensation. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the web site; any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer(s) related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway, or downloading materials from or use of the website.
