HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. The 2026 “House & Home Summer Starts Here” Contest (the “Contest”) sponsored by House & Home Media and Cloverdale Paint, Libman, Napoleon, Sharp, and Urban Barn, and administered by House & Home Media commences on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. EST and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Contest Period”).
To enter, visit https://houseandhome.com/decorating-design-3/summer-starts-here-giveaway and complete the entry form in full, including mailing address, email address, and daytime telephone number, accept these Official Contest Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”), and click Submit. All mandatory fields must be completed.
ENTRIES
By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be legally bound by these Rules.
Prior to clicking Submit, participants may use the Contest widget, powered by Gleam, to earn five (5) additional entries for each eligible action completed during the Contest Period.
Eligible actions are those listed below and must be completed within the Contest widget to qualify. Entries are awarded only upon successful tracking and verification by Gleam. In the event of any discrepancy, Gleam’s records shall be deemed final and binding.

Each eligible action may be completed once per entrant during the Contest Period unless otherwise specified in the Contest widget.
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees, representatives, agents, immediate family members, or persons domiciled with employees of House & Home Media, the prize sponsors, and each of their respective affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other persons involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”).
The Contest is void where prohibited and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
CONTEST DRAW
One (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period, including bonus entries earned through the Contest widget.
The draw will take place on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. EST at the offices of House & Home Media in Toronto, Ontario.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE
Approximate total retail value of all prizes: CAD $3,500.
One (1) confirmed winner will receive:

Only the prizes listed will be awarded. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided, except at the sole discretion of House & Home Media, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. All applicable taxes and any costs not expressly included in the prize description, including delivery fees if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
NOTIFICATION & SKILL-TESTING REQUIREMENT
Selected entrant(s) will be contacted by email or telephone.
If a selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) business days, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, fails to return required documentation within the specified time, or is otherwise found to be ineligible, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant may be selected.
To be declared a confirmed winner, selected entrants must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and complete and return a Declaration and Release form confirming compliance with these Rules, acceptance of the prize, and release of liability.
The authorized account holder of the email address used at time of entry will be deemed the entrant. In the event of a dispute, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder.
GENERAL RULES
All entries are subject to verification at any time. House & Home Media reserves the right to require proof of identity, eligibility, or compliance in a form acceptable to House & Home Media.
House & Home Media reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
All entries become the property of House & Home Media and will not be returned.
House & Home Media is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technical failures affecting entry or participation.
Personal information collected will be used solely for Contest administration and prize fulfillment unless otherwise consented to by the entrant. Personal data may be shared with prize sponsors strictly for prize fulfillment purposes.

LIABILITY RELEASE
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless House & Home Media, the Contest sponsors, and their respective affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of any prize.
House & Home Media is not responsible for technical failures, system errors, or issues affecting entry, transmission, or processing of entries.
Any attempt to deliberately interfere with the Contest, including unauthorized access or manipulation, may result in disqualification and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
GOVERNING LAW
The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
