1.) Entries will begin on Friday, March 29th, 2024 at 9:00 PM Eastern Time.
2.) Entries will close on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 at 9:00 PM Eastern Time.
3.) Individuals under the age of 13 may not enter or submit information to this giveaway. Any such entries will be invalidated.
4.) A potential winner will be selected at ~9:05 PM Eastern time on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024, during the livestream at http://www.twitch.tv/KardinalZyn.
5.) The potential winner will be notified by email immediately following the livestream announcement noted in bullet 4. The potential winner will have 24 hours from the timestamp of Kardinal Zyn's email to respond with the necessary information VIA EMAIL to claim the prize. If there is no response VIA EMAIL, a new potential winner will be selected who will be subject to the same rules until a valid email response within the allotted time is received.
6.) To claim the prize, the winner must provide a first name, last name, date of birth (to ensure that the winner(s) is over 13 years old), and a valid mailing address (as applicable) within 24 hours of being selected. Sorry, no P.O. or APO Boxes.
7.) Once the prize has been claimed, the prize will be delivered to the winner's address via an appropriate delivery method, as applicable. Please note, any international shipping may require a duty fee, which will be the winner's sole responsibility to pay. If the item is returned due to failure to pay the applicable duty fee, the prize will be considered forfeit.
8.) Kardinal Zyn will provide the winner with tracking information, but beyond that, once the order is submitted and tracking information provided, Kardinal Zyn accepts no further liability for the actual delivery of the prize. Any questions about package status should be forwarded to the appropriate parcel delivery company.
9.) Sharing secret codes (codes that give additional chances to win this giveaway) is forbidden and any individuals found to have participated in such activity (as deemed by Kardinal Zyn) will no longer be eligible for this giveaway.

Giveaways are void in all countries on the United States list of embargoed countries and/or countries whose local laws prohibit entry into giveaways. Local laws may restrict or prohibit entry.
