THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER UNLESS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
By participating in the Streamside Is Searching for Roamers Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you agree to be fully, unconditionally, and legally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
1. SPONSOR
The Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Streamside RV Resorts & Campgrounds (“Sponsor”), located at 8011 Brooks Chapel #1207, Brentwood, TN, 37027. Participating campaign promotional partners include Outdoorsy, Char-Broil, and Ranger Station (collectively, “Partners”). Partners act as prize providers and marketing collaborators only and are not primary sponsors of the Sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of their date of entry (each, an “Entrant”).
The following persons are not eligible to enter or win a prize:
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Partners, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment, and legal agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”).
Immediate family members of any such employee, officer, or director (defined as a spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside).
Individuals living in the same household as such individuals (whether legally related or not).
No prior RV experience is required to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on July 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM CST and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the designated Entry Period will be automatically disqualified.
The Gleam platform web server is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. A "day" is defined as starting at 12:00:00 AM CST and ending at 11:59:59 PM CST.
4. HOW TO ENTER & FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
During the Entry Period, there are two (2) methods of participation. Entrants may utilize either method, or a combination of both, up to the maximum allowances outlined below:
Method 1: Online Entry via Embedded Gleam Widget
To enter online, visit the official landing page destinations at [ENTER WEB LINK] during the Entry Period. Confirm your eligibility and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the embedded Gleam entry form. To secure your entry, you must:
Provide your first name, last name, valid email address, state of residence, and ZIP code.
Certify your date of birth to confirm you are 18+ years of age.
Complete the two (2) core audience segmentation and lifestyle questions ("Do you currently own an RV?" and "Which best describes your ideal summer reset?").
Review and accept these Official Rules.
Completing the primary form registration grants you one (1) initial core entry.
Bonus Entry Opportunities: After executing the core entry, online Entrants can earn optional bonus entries by completing verified digital tracking actions tracked directly within the Gleam widget. Authorized actions consist of:
Opt-in to the Streamside email newsletter (+1 entry)
Follow Streamside on Instagram (+1 entry)
Follow Outdoorsy on Instagram/social media (+1 entry)
Follow Char-Broil on Instagram/social media (+1 entry)

Method 2: Mail-In Request (Free Alternative Method of Entry)
To receive entries into the drawing without visiting the website, connecting social media accounts, or completing digital tracking actions, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address (no P.O. boxes permitted), date of birth, and valid email address on a piece of paper. Mail the paper in a hand-addressed envelope with proper postage affixed to:

Each eligible mail-in request received will grant the Entrant a total of twelve (12) entries (the exact mathematical equivalent to the maximum core entry plus all available online bonus entry actions combined).
Mail-in requests must be received by Sponsor no later than July 31, 2026, to ensure processing before the August 1, 2026 winner selection. Postmarks alone will not suffice if the mail arrives after July 31.
Only one (1) mail-in request per hand-addressed envelope will be accepted.
Incomplete, illegible, mechanically reproduced, automated, misdirected, or postage-due mail-in requests will be deemed completely ineligible.
Strict Entry Limits & Verification Guardrails
Regardless of the method(s) utilized to obtain entries, a strict limit of one (1) core entry registration profile applies per person and per household. Any attempt by an Entrant to circumvent these limits or maximize entry counts through the use of multiple or different email addresses, identities, device manipulation, platform logins, proxy servers, or artifice will completely void all entries associated with that Entrant and result in immediate disqualification.
Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated or unsportsmanlike means are strictly prohibited. Proof of submission or mailing is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. All online entries shall be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address registered at the actual time of entry.
5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)
A total of five (5) grand prizes will be awarded. Each of the five (5) selected winners will receive a comprehensive "Summer Reset" prize package consisting of the following elements:
Streamside RV Resorts Experience: Up to three (3) complimentary four-night stays per winner at participating Streamside destinations. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each four-night stay: $500, based on average accommodation rates across participating properties and accommodation types. (Maximum ARV per winner: $1,500).
Outdoorsy Travel Experience: RV rental credits provided directly by Outdoorsy to support peer-to-peer vehicle rentals and travel experiences on the road. (ARV: $2,000 per winner).
Char-Broil Summer Starter Kit: A curated collection of outdoor cooking products and campsite essentials containing one (1) Grill2Go X200 Portable Gas Grill, one (1) Char-Broil® 22" Performance Series™ Folding Cart 2 Burner Portable Propane Gas Griddle, and one (1) Comfort-Grip™ 2-Piece Toolset. (ARV: $506).
Ranger Station Bonus Fragrance Gifts: A premium lifestyle gift package containing one (1) Skeeter Eater Outdoor Candle and one (1) High Horse Car Cologne. (ARV: $121).
Total ARV Per Individual Winner Package: $4,127.
Total ARV For All Prizes Awarded: $20,635.
Prize Restrictions, Terms, & Conditions
Each individual element of the prize package is awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Vouchers, marketplace credits, and stay certificates are subject to exact terms, booking fees, expiration dates, and location availability limitations imposed by the respective issuing Partner.
Streamside resort stays are subject to specific property availability and standard holiday/peak-season blackouts.
Prizes consist exclusively of the physical items and credits expressly set forth above; any and all unspecified travel expenses, fuel, insurance, food, or incidentals are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes cannot be post-dated, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, assigned, or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize element for an alternative of equal or greater value if a component becomes unavailable for any reason. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual market value at the time of prize fulfillment will not be awarded. Limit one (1) grand prize package per household.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of valid, eligible entries (including earned or assigned bonus entries) received via all methods combined during the designated Entry Period.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about August 1, 2026, five (5) potential grand prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator from among all eligible online and mail-in entries received.
Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within three (3) business days of the drawing. To officially claim the prize, the potential winner must respond, confirm eligibility, and complete any required verification steps within 48 hours (2 business days) of the initial notification email timestamp.
Sponsor is not required to make more than one (1) notification attempt. A potential winner will forfeit their entire prize package, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly drawn from the remaining pool of valid entries, if:
A notification email is returned as bounce-back or undeliverable.
The required response or identity affirmation is not received within the 48-hour time limit.
The potential winner is found to be ineligible or out of compliance with these Official Rules.
8. TAX RESPONSIBILITIES
Each grand prize winner is solely and exclusively responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes (including sales, use, consumption, and income taxes) associated with the receipt, acceptance, and use of their prize. Because individual prizes exceed an ARV of $600, each confirmed winner will be legally required to sign and return an IRS Form W-9 to the Sponsor or its administrator. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to each winner reflecting the exact retail value of the prize package for the tax year 2026.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes an absolute and irrevocable permission for Sponsor, Partners, and social platforms utilized to facilitate or track the giveaway to use each winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, written opinions, biographical information, and hometown/state of residence for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes in any and all media worldwide, without further payment, compensation, review, or notification.
10. PRIVACY & DATA SHARING
Affirmative Marketing Consent: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants acknowledge, understand, and grant explicit affirmative consent that their registration data will be collected by Streamside RV Resorts & Campgrounds and directly shared with Outdoorsy, Char-Broil, and Ranger Station. All personal data submitted in connection with this promotion will be managed in strict accordance with each respective company's publicly posted privacy policy (Streamside's Privacy Policy is available for review at https://streamsideparks.com/privacy-policy/. Entrants may opt out of receiving promotional or marketing emails from any partner at any time via the "unsubscribe" link included within their email messages; doing so will not decrease or negatively impact their entry status or baseline odds of winning.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, MALICIOUSLY ALTER THE GLEAM WIDGET, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND PURSUE ALL REMEDIES REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, server disruptions, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or a Force Majeure event (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, weather anomalies, or acts of God) impairs or compromises the security, administration, integrity, or feasibility of the promotion. In the event of premature cancellation, Sponsor will award the remaining prizes via a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the hour of cancellation.
Sponsor, Partners, its technical platforms, and its data hosts are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, illegible, stolen, or inaccurate entries; (b) any operation, delivery, or transmission errors, internet theft, or unauthorized modification of entries; or (c) any injury or damage to any computer or mobile device resulting from downloading materials or participating in the Sweepstakes.
By entering, participants fully release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Partners, Gleam, Meta, Instagram, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or related to participation in the campaign, or the acceptance, possession, travel logistics, use, or misuse of any awarded prize package.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Gleam, Instagram, or Meta. Entrants understand they are providing information to the Sponsor and Partners, not to Instagram or Meta.
12. BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, its execution, rule enforcement, or prize fulfillment shall be settled exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS in accordance with commercial arbitration rules.
The arbitration shall apply the laws of the State of Tennessee and shall be conducted strictly on an individual basis. THE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE IN THE ENTRANT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO HAVE ANY CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARBITRATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES.
13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal proceedings or litigation actions not subject to binding arbitration must be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
