Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Joats. It is in no way sponsored, administered, or
associated with Gleam, Steam, Valve Corporation, Twitch, X, Youtube, Google, or
the game developer/publisher.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to individuals who are:
At least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their country of residence,
whichever is greater) at the time of entry.
Residents of a country not listed in the Exclusions below.
In compliance with all local laws regarding sweepstakes and prize promotions in
their jurisdiction.
3. Excluded Countries & Regions
Due to legal restrictions, sweepstakes regulations, and international sanctions,
this giveaway is void in the following countries and regions:
Quebec, Canada
Italy
Brazil
Belgium
Austria
China
Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea
Any other country or region currently subject to U.S. and/or EU sanctions,
embargoes, or trade restrictions
Residents of these countries are not eligible to enter or win. If a winner is
selected from an excluded country, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate
winner may be selected.
4. Entry Period
The giveaway begins at [Start Date & Time, Time Zone] and ends at [End Date &
Time, Time Zone]. Entries received after the closing time will be ineligible.
5. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your odds
of winning. To enter, complete the actions specified in the Gleam widget on
this page. Each completed action may provide the number of entries indicated in
the widget. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be
disqualified.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries
received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email or
social media within 7 days of the closing date. The winner must respond within
7 days and provide their Steam username or profile link to claim the prize. If
the winner does not respond within 7 days, fails to provide their Steam
username, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an
alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Steam gift of DenshAttack! (the
"Prize"). Approximate retail value: $20 USD (varies by region).
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or other
substitution will be offered. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the
prize with another of equal value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
8. Steam Gift Restrictions
The winner must have a valid Steam account and a public Steam profile to
receive the Prize.
The Prize will be delivered as a Steam gift. The winner must provide their
Steam username or profile link to the Sponsor within the response period
specified in Section 6. The winner must send a Steam friend request to the
Sponsor (or accept the Sponsor's friend request) within 48 hours of being
notified. The Sponsor will send the game via Steam gift once the friend
request is accepted. If the winner fails to provide their Steam username or
accept the friend request within the required timeframe, the prize will be
forfeited.
The Prize is subject to Steam's Terms of Service and any regional restrictions
attached to Steam gifts. Steam gifts may be region-locked; the winner is
responsible for ensuring the gift can be redeemed in their region. The Sponsor
is not responsible if a gift cannot be redeemed due to regional locks,
differences in pricing regions, or changes to Steam's policies.
Steam gifts are not refundable, resaleable, or redeemable for store credit.
9. Taxes & Liability
The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties associated with
receiving the Prize. By entering, participants release the Sponsor, Gleam,
Steam, Valve Corporation, and any affiliated entities from any and all liability
for claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in this
giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
10. Privacy
Information collected through the Gleam widget will be used solely for the
purpose of administering this giveaway. By entering, you consent to the Sponsor
contacting you via the email or social media account provided. The winner must
additionally provide their Steam username to receive the Prize. The Sponsor will
not sell your personal information.
11. Disqualification
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is found to be
tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these terms, or using
multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage.
12. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of [Your Country / State] and all disputes
shall be resolved under those laws.
