Terms & Conditions of the Giveaway
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to anyone aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in their country, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees of Themeum and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Entry is completely free.
How to Enter
The giveaway is international. Complete a few easy entry steps on the official giveaway page for your chance to win. Some steps are required, and others earn bonus entries, as shown on the giveaway page. Entries made by bots, scripts, or automated means will not be accepted.
Date of Giveaway
The giveaway opens on 18th June 2026 and closes on 8th July 2026. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
The Winner
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries. They will be notified by email from our official account within seven business days of the closing date. The winner must respond and claim the prize within 72 hours of that notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 72 hours, the Tutor LMS team reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
Prize
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternative will be offered, except as described below. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or greater value.
Shipment
This giveaway is international, and we will ship the prize to the winner's location. The winner is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country on receipt of the prize.
Personal Data
To enter, you provide your email address, which the Tutor LMS team collects to administer the giveaway and, where you have agreed, to send you updates about Tutor LMS. You can unsubscribe at any time, and your information is handled in line with our privacy policy.
By participating, the winner agrees that the Tutor LMS team may use the winner's name for promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation, including on a winners' list and in social media posts.
General Terms & Conditions
The Tutor LMS team reserves the right to cancel the giveaway at any time or to change these terms at its sole discretion, with any change taking effect as soon as it is published.
Agreement to Rules
By entering the giveaway, you ("the contestant") agree to comply with these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (Themeum), and you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
