Official Rules, Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor
The Sponsor of the Rajani MD LIVE Giveaway on July 12th 2026 (the “Sweepstakes”) is Rajani MD Skincare LLC (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States aged 18 years or older as of the date of entry.
The Sweepstakes excludes U.S. outlying islands and territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant (“You”) agrees to:
Comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, and
The decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Sweepstakes.
4. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 12th, 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends on July 13th, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) (the “Entry Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must sign up using the official entry form provided during the livestream event at:

Entrants must complete the required entry fields and pass any verification requirements (including email verification and fraud score checks) set by the Sponsor.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not adhere to these Official Rules will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated entry methods is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
6. Prizes
Number of Winners: 25 (25)
Prize Awarded: 1 (one) $160 ASCEplus ExoBalm Cream per winner. Prizes are not redeemable as cash and cannot be exchanged for gift cards or store credit.
List of Conditional Milestone Prizes & Milestone Goals:

- 1x PlasmaGLO HALO LED Mask ($750 MSRP) - Unlocked if we reach 1,000 viewers
The actual or appraised value of a prize may differ at the time of award.
The specific prize details shall be determined solely by the Sponsor.
No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or a request for the cash equivalent by the Winner is not permitted.
Any and all prize-related expenses, including but not limited to federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
The Winners will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor.
The Winners will be notified within seven (7) days following the end of the Entry Period.
The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
Receipt of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
9. Rights Granted by Entrant
By entering this Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor may:
Print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, with no limitation:

Voice
Statements about the Sweepstakes
Biographical information
Entry content
for advertising, publicity, promotional, and trade purposes without further compensation, notice, review, or consent, unless prohibited by law.
You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work and does not infringe any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon any third-party rights, you may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rajani MD from any claims arising out of such infringement.
10. Sponsor Rights
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
Cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to:
Multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses
Multiple entries from the same computer in excess of the allowed limit
Use of bots or technical means for entering
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Rajani MD and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:
Participation in the Sweepstakes
Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize
Unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes
Technical errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes
Electronic or human error in the processing of entries
Any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control
12. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Sweepstakes, You agree that:
Any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties will be resolved individually.
There will be no class action.
All actions shall be filed exclusively in a court located in the United States with jurisdiction.
You waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, beyond actual out-of-pocket costs.
13. Winners List
To request a copy of the Winners List, please contact the Sponsor. Requests must be sent within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.

or any other social network used to share the Sweepstakes.
You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to any social network.
