HOW TO ENTER.
The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://gleam.io/2BKsH/wwe-zenni-summerslam-minneapolis-sweepstakes and pass any verification requirements (email or fraud score) set by the Sponsor. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted.
The entry must fulfill all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete, violate, or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified and/or will not be eligible to win a prize at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. You may be required to provide proof of identity. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
ENTRY PERIOD.
The Sweepstakes begins on November 28th, 2025 at 12:00AM PDT and ends on March 16th, 2026 at 11:59PM PDT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s clock is the official time keeping device of the Sweepstakes.
LICENSE.
By submitting an entry, entrant understands and agrees to grant to Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display entrant’s name and likeness and such entry materials, in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including, without limitation, for promotional or marketing purposes, without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless restricted by law. If necessary, entrant will sign any necessary documentation that may be required for Sponsor and/or their respective designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the entry. Entrant recognizes that nothing herein shall be interpreted to require Sponsor to exercise any of the rights granted hereunder.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zenni Optical and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.

ELIGIBILITY.
WWE Zenni SummerSlam Minneapolis Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at https://gleam.io/2BKsH/wwe-zenni-summerslam-minneapolis-sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of Canada and the United States, and is void where prohibited by law. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Zenni Optical (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and anyone involved the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
By taking part in this Sweepstakes participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Rules. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION.
The Winners will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries received. The drawing shall take place on or about March 18th, 2026 by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes and not subject to appeal. The potential Winners will be contacted by direct message on Twitter or email, as applicable based on method of submissions, within approximately one (1) business day after being selected. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to claim his or her prize within two (2) days of the time the winner notification is sent. To claim the prize, the potential Winners must respond as directed in the message sent to potential Winners. Potential Winners guests may be required to provide additional information to confirm identity and eligibility and also may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that Sponsor may require (including, but not limited to, background check authorization forms if required by Sponsor) and to see to it that Sponsor is in receipt of such information and documents within two (2) days of being requested to provide the same. In all cases, Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency and age, and the potential Winners will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory or finds that the results of the background check (if Sponsor requests said background check) are unsatisfactory. The prize will be forfeited (i) if selected potential Winners do not timely provide the requisite information, return the requisite documents, or cannot be reached within two (2) days from initial notification attempt, (ii) if prize is returned as non-deliverable, and/or (iii) in the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules.

Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, including, but not limited to, any sales and income taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, taxes, registration and title fees and charges, and insurance are solely the Winner’s responsibility. WINNERS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY SALES AND INCOME TAXES. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute similar prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery, not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.

GENERAL CONDITIONS.
Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, promotion, advertising and online technology agencies, prize suppliers and all others associated with the development or execution of this Sweepstakes and each of their respective owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize or parts thereof (including, without limitation, activity or travel related thereto), including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of any kind, and from liability to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes. The Releasees do not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority, or if the Sweepstakes cannot take place or if the Prizes cannot be awarded due to acts of war, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, or if events or any aspect of the prizes are cancelled for any reason. INTERNET.
The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits any participant to automatically register and/or enter repeatedly is prohibited. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason. Should this Sweepstakes be terminated, Sponsor reserves the right to select the Winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Releasees assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. DISPUTES.
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.
DATA COLLECTION.
All personal information submitted in relation to the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, these Official Rules, and the privacy policy of Sponsor which may be found at https://www.zennioptical.com/privacy-policy. The names of the Winners will be made available as provided for below.

For the name of the Winners, available after March 27th, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: WWE & Zenni SummerSlam Minneapolis Sweepstakes, Zenni Optical, Inc., Attn: PLE, 150 Alameda del Prado Novato, California, USA 94949. Requests must be received by April 1st, 2026.
MISCELLANEOUS.
Participants agree that this Sweepstakes is governed solely by the laws of the State of California. Any claims arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be governed solely by California law and may be brought only in a federal or state court in California. If any provisions of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
