ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
ENTRY PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on June 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM EDT and ends on June 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit the official giveaway page at https://gleam.io/1yGKH/america-250-summer-giveaway and complete the required entry actions during the Entry Period. Entrants must provide all requested information. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, devices, automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other method intended to circumvent the rules is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate America 250 Summer Giveaway prize package with an approximate retail value of more than $2,500.

ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided during entry. If the potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, fails to complete any required documentation, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor may require completion of a W-9 and any other documentation necessary for tax reporting purposes.
Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs associated with fulfillment of the prize within the United States.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, city/state of residence, and entry for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
PARTNER DISCLAIMER
SmokinTex, GoatBox, EcoXGear, and Booth Creek Wagyu are prize providers only and are not sponsors, administrators, or operators of this Sweepstakes. All questions regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed solely to Sponsor.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, damage, injury, claim, or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform. By participating, entrants release each such platform from any responsibility or liability related to the Sweepstakes.
WINNER LIST
To request the name of the winner, send a written request to Sponsor within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
