Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules for the applicable sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes begins on May 29, 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT and ends on June 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Singularity 6 Corporation, located at 8888 Washington Boulevard, Suite 101, Culver City, California 90232 (“Sponsor”). The designated online entry platform for the Sweepstakes is Gleam.io (the "Platform”), accessible at https://gleam.io/1pjT7/palia-royal-highlands-celebration-pc-sweepstakes. Prizing will be provided by Sponsor.
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, associated with, or the responsibility of Steam (Valve Corporation), Discord, TikTok, Nintendo, PlayStation (Sony Interactive Entertainment), Xbox (Microsoft), X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook (Meta Platforms), or any other social media, gaming, content-sharing, or digital distribution platform, console manufacturer, or brand referenced in connection with the Sweepstakes. None of the foregoing are sponsors, partners, endorsers, or administrators of the Sweepstakes, nor are they responsible for the Sweepstakes in any way. Any information that you provide is being collected by Sponsor and will not be provided to any such platform or brand except as necessary for platform functionality.
1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, and suppliers, and the immediate family members of, and persons living in the same household as, any such individual, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Only the individual person who submits a Sweepstakes entry may win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, local, and municipal laws. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants are bound by and agree to these Official Rules, and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
2. How to Enter: To enter and participate in the Sweepstakes, visit the online entry page made available by Sponsor through the Platform during the Entry Period and follow the instructions provided through the online entry form hosted via the Platform. Entrants must complete the required registration fields and any applicable entry actions made available on the Platform. Each completed action will award the number of entries specified on the Platform for that action, as further described in these Official Rules. All entry form fields required by Sponsor must be complete, and entrants must pass any verification requirements, including email verification and/or fraud-prevention checks, established by Sponsor.
There is no cost to register or enter. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to comply with the rules set forth in the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules. Participants who do not comply with these requirements will be disqualified. Limit: one (1) base entry per person/email address during the Entry Period, plus any additional bonus entries earned by completing one or more of the following actions as made available on the Platform: (a) play Palia on Steam for six (6) hours during the Entry Period (15 entries); (b) join the Palia Discord server (1 entry); (c) follow @playPalia on X (1 entry); (d) post on X using the hashtags #Palia and #PlayPalia (1 entry); (e) follow @playPalia on Instagram (1 entry); (f) like or stay up to date with the Palia Facebook page (1 entry); (g) visit the PlayStation 5 product page (2 entries); (h) visit the Xbox Series X|S product page (2 entries); (i) visit the Nintendo Switch product page (2 entries); (j) refer friends via the Platform referral mechanism (2 entries per qualifying referral; referral entries are subject to Platform verification and fraud-prevention controls). There is no overall maximum number of entries per entrant, except as limited by the available Platform actions, Platform functionality, verification requirements, fraud-prevention controls, and these Official Rules. Exact entry mechanics, verification requirements, and any additional terms for each action will be disclosed on the Platform. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, add, or remove available entry actions during the Entry Period as necessary to address technical issues, Platform availability, fraud prevention, or other circumstances affecting the administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstakes.
No additional community or campaign milestone rewards are being offered in connection with this Sweepstakes. The only prize available is the Sweepstakes prize described in these Official Rules.
3. Conditions of Entry: Sweepstakes entries are limited as stated on the Platform and in these Official Rules. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, devices, scripts, bots, or any other means to circumvent the entry limits, verification processes, or other rules of the Sweepstakes. Any robotic, automatic, programmed, bulk, third-party, or otherwise unauthorized entries are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person that submits entries in excess of the permitted limits or uses fraudulent methods or otherwise attempts to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt at entry except as stated herein is void. Sponsor will not provide you with confirmation of receipt of your entry.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to comply with Sponsor’s Terms of Service, available at https://palia.com/terms, Privacy Policy, available at https://palia.com/privacy, and all rules, regulations, and policies related to Sponsor and Palia. Entrants who fail to comply with these requirements will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any entry or entrant that it deems to be fraudulent, incomplete, generated by automated means, in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise inappropriate or inconsistent with the Sponsor brand image.
4. Winner Selection: On or about June 16, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor. Sponsor’s determination of the winner shall be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be notified by email or other contact method provided at entry within five (5) business days after winner selection. Sponsor may, but is not required to, publicly announce the verified winner thereafter.
5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) custom Palia-themed gaming PC, provided by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated prize vendor, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of US$2,565.41 (the “Prize”). The Prize is expected to include a processor, graphics card, RAM, storage, case, cooling system, power supply, operating system, and other components as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize configuration, branding, aesthetics, and included components may vary based on availability, vendor selection, manufacturing requirements, shipping constraints, and Sponsor approval. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any component thereof, with a prize or component of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is US$2,565.41.
The Prize is not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternative will be offered except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Prize does not include a monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, internet service, software, subscriptions, installation, setup, or additional accessories unless otherwise expressly specified by Sponsor. The Prize is awarded “as is” and without any warranty, representation, or guarantee by Sponsor, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law. Any manufacturer or third-party warranties, if available, are provided solely by the applicable manufacturer or third party. The Prize will be shipped only to a valid street address in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia provided by the winner; Sponsor will not ship the Prize to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses outside the United States. If the winner is unable to comply with the terms contained herein, or is determined ineligible by Sponsor, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other governmental charges associated with receipt and use of the Prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation as required by law, and the winner must provide information reasonably required for tax reporting purposes.
6. General Limitations for all Prizes: All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, at its sole discretion. All prizes are non-transferable and non-tradable. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) winner. The potential winner will be notified electronically via the email submitted with the entry within five (5) business days after winner selection and will have seven (7) calendar days from Sponsor's first notification attempt to claim the prize and satisfy any requested documentation requirements. In the event a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not timely claim the prize, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may award the prize to a new potential winner or dispose of the prize, at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes will be delivered within approximately one (1) month after verification/confirmation of winner, subject to vendor availability, production, and shipping timelines. Once verified, the winner may be announced on Sponsor’s website and/or on the social media site used to promote the Sweepstakes.
7. Requirements of Winner: By agreeing to become a winner and/or accepting or using a prize, the selected entrant: (i) may be required to sign and return, where applicable, an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, IRS W-9 form, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor, within seven (7) calendar days after Sponsor's first notification attempt or such shorter period as may be required to meet administration deadlines communicated by Sponsor; and (ii) agrees to the use of his or her name, voice, likeness, and biographical information, for the purpose of advertising, trade, marketing, or promotion by Sponsor without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible (under these rules or due to a failure to comply with any of the other applicable policies, licenses, rules, and terms of service), or fails to timely return the completed and executed releases/agreements as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be selected.
8. Information Provided to Enter: Information that you provide to enter the Sweepstakes, such as your first name, last name, email address, birthday, and country, will only be used for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and contacting you to determine eligibility or provide you with your prize if you are selected as a winner. Sponsor will use the information that you provide in accordance with its Terms of Service, available at https://palia.com/terms, and Privacy Policy, available at https://palia.com/privacy. By using the Platform to enter the Sweepstakes, you may also be subject to Gleam.io's privacy policy, available at https://gleam.io/privacy, with respect to information collected and processed by Gleam.io in connection with your use of the Platform.
9. General Terms and Conditions: These Official Rules set forth the terms and conditions applicable to the Sweepstakes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, if any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including, but not limited to, the following: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) electronic, computer, software, internet, network, platform, or website errors or difficulties of any kind (including failed, incomplete, garbled, delayed, or misdirected entries); (c) printing, typographical, administrative, or human errors; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (f) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt or use of a prize, or access to and use of the Internet site https://palia.com (and any other website of Sponsor) or any platform used in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, to the extent permitted by law; and (g) any errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants waive the right to seek punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, and any damages awarded shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, and therefore such exclusions may not apply to you. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim or action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any problem corrupts the administration, security, or operation of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Los Angeles County, California. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
11. Winner List and Official Rules: To obtain a copy of the winner list or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Attn: Community Relations “Palia Royal Highlands Celebration Sweepstakes” Singularity 6 Corporation, 8888 Washington Boulevard, Suite 101, Culver City, California 90232. Requests must be received no later than September 15, 2026. Vermont residents may omit return postage for Official Rules requests.
