BY PARTICIPATING IN THE MAMBA 2026 BEACH ESSENTIALS SOCIAL SWEEPSTAKES (THE “SWEEPSTAKES”), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”) AND REPRESENT THAT YOU SATISFY ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH HEREIN. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY BY INDIVIDUALS RESIDING AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (THE “ELIGIBILITY AREA”) AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS. YOU MAY NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN, OF THE LEGAL AGE AND A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE ELIGIBILITY AREA. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
1. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Storck USA, L.P. and it assigns (“Sponsor” or “Us”), located at 325 N. LaSalle, Suite 400, Chicago, Illinois 60654.
2. ADMINISTRATOR: The Sweepstakes is administered by Dame Creative (“Administrator”), 306 W. Erie, Suite 300, Chicago, Illinois 60654.
3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal United States residents who (i) are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, and (ii) enter the Sweepstakes as provided in Section 5 (each, an “Entrant” or “You”).
Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor or Administrator and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIODS: The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 AM CT on July 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on July 24, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official clock for all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Entries submitted outside of the Sweepstakes Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. HOW TO ENTER: THERE IS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
The Sweepstakes must be entered, and can only be entered, by following the @MambaUSA Instagram account and leaving a comment in the comments section (the “Entry”) of this Instagram post https://www.instagram.com/p/DadRUkon9LH/”) created by the Administrator. Entrants must have a valid personal Instagram account in order to participate in and be eligible to win the Sweepstakes. The Entry must comply with these Official Rules to be eligible to win a Prize. Entries that do not adhere to these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may enter as many times as you wish provided that each Entry complies with all Official Rules. In each of your comments to the Post, you must provide the information requested in the Post. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Official Rules, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. LIMITATIONS: Each eligible Entrant may submit an unlimited number of Entries during the Sweepstakes Entry Period by commenting on the Instagram Sweepstakes Post. Each eligible Entrant may win only one (1) Prize (as defined below).
All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries which are late, lost, stolen, mutilated, invalid, damaged, unreadable, tampered with, illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, misdirected, generated by a script, macro or other automated/repetitive electronic means, mechanically reproduced, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified.
Each Entry (and each individual component thereof) must conform to these Official Rules. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any Entrant from the Sweepstakes if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the Entrant or her/his/their Entry fails to conform to these Official Rules.
7. RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNER/ODDS: Ten (10) Winners (“Winner”) will be selected from eligible Entries made during the Sweepstakes Entry Period via a random drawing conducted on/at July 27, 2026.
Each Winner will be selected under the supervision of the Sponsor by random from all valid Entries made to the Post. Each potential Winner will be notified by the Sponsor’s official Instagram account, @MambaUSA, via reply comment on the Sweepstakes Post. Each Winner will be required to send a direct message to the Sponsor on Instagram within 72 hours of notification to claim their Prize. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
All drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected. Receipt of the Prize offered in this Sweepstakes by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
8. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):
TEN (10) PRIZES (“Prize”) are available to be won. Each Prize Winner will receive one (1) $100.00 VISA gift card.
ARV of one (1) Prize: $100.00; TOTAL ARV of Prizes: $1,000.00.
The Prize will be issued and delivered electronically to the verified winner via email. Sponsor is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the Winner. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitution of the Prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize with equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.
As a condition of receiving the Prize, the Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release. Failure to return required documents may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the required document procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate Winner.
A selected potential Winner may be disqualified (and may forfeit the Prize) if such selected potential Winner (i) declines or cannot accept, receive or use the Prize for any reason, (ii) fails to sign and return any documents required by Sponsor, and/or (iii) does not comply with these Official Rules. In the event that a selected potential Winner is disqualified and/or is unable to satisfy the requirements herein, Sponsor may award the Prize to an alternate Winner selected from among the remaining eligible Entries (if necessary and time permitting) who successfully meets the requirements to receive the Prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to not award the Prize if, after multiple attempts, Sponsor is unable to identify an eligible alternate Winner (if any) to accept the Prize.
8. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER: By participating, Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any Prize. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize authorizes Sponsor and it assigns to use Entrant’s name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence, and Entry materials in programming or promotional material, throughout the universe in perpetuity, without further compensation. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
10. TAX RESPONSIBILITY/CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES (INCLUDING INCOME AND WITHHOLDING TAXES) AND ALL OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH RECEIPT OR USE OF A PRIZE IS THE WINNER’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS AND SHAREHOLDERS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, CONSULTANTS, AND ANY OTHER COMPANIES PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ADMINISTRATION OR FULFILLMENT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASEES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, LOSS, DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, COSTS, EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY FEES) AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND (AND AGREE TO WAIVE ANY SUCH CLAIMS, ETC.) RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES) OR RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE AWARDED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, INVASION OF THE RIGHT OF PRIVACY OR PUBLICITY.
FOR PURPOSES OF CLARITY, RELEASEES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED.
Releasees shall not be liable to any Winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, caused by any acts of God, any action, regulation, order, or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order, or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, volcanic eruption, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, COVID-19 or any virus, disease, and/or pandemic, as well as any private sector or governmental response thereto, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute, or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the sole control of Sponsor. Releasees shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
Releasees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with an Entrant’s ability to take part in the Sweepstakes; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including Winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alternation of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with the Sweepstakes; and/or (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to the Sweepstakes) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity.
If, for any reason, an Entrant’s Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Entry in the Sweepstakes unless it is not possible to award another Entry due to discontinuance or completion of the Sweepstakes.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION/BINDING AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE:
YOU AND SPONSOR BOTH AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CONTROVERSIES OR CLAIMS THAT IN ANY WAY ARISE OUT OF OR RELATE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR FROM ANY SERVICES YOU RECEIVE FROM SPONSOR (OR FROM ANY ADVERTISING FOR ANY SUCH SERVICES), INCLUDING ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND SPONSOR’S EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, “DISPUTE(S)”), ONLY BY ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, ARBITRATION WILL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MEANS OF RESOLVING ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN US. YOU ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU AND SPONSOR ARE GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO BRING A CLAIM IN COURT OR IN FRONT OF A JURY, AND THAT YOU AND SPONSOR ARE GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO PROCEED WITH ANY CLASS ACTION OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Sponsor and Entrant both agree that:
a) Notice of Dispute. If either you or Sponsor intends to arbitrate under these Official Rules, the party seeking arbitration must first notify the other party of the Dispute in writing at least thirty (30) days in advance of initiating the arbitration. Notice to Sponsor should be sent to Sponsor by mail to 325 N. LaSalle, Suite 400, Chicago, Illinois 60654. Notice to you will be to your email address(es) and street address(es), if any, that Sponsor has in its records at the time the notice is sent. The notice must describe the nature of the claim and the relief being sought. If we are unable to resolve the Dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may then file a claim for arbitration.
b) Arbitration Procedure. The Federal Arbitration Act applies to these Official Rules. Any and all Disputes will be resolved by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), which will apply the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules (excluding any rules or procedures governing or permitting class actions). You can get additional information from the AAA (www.adr.org). These Official Rules govern to the extent they conflict with the AAA’s Rules.
c) Arbitration Location. Unless you and Sponsor agree otherwise, the arbitration must take place in Cook County, Illinois.
d) Arbitration Fees and Expenses. Sponsor will reimburse any filing fee that the AAA charges you for arbitration of the Dispute. If you provide us with signed written notice that you cannot pay the filing fee, we will pay the fee directly to the AAA. If the arbitration proceeds, we will also pay any administrative and arbitrator fees charged later.
e) Severability. If any part of this agreement to arbitrate is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, the court will reform the agreement to the extent necessary to cure the unenforceable part(s), and the parties will arbitrate their Dispute(s) without reference to or reliance upon the unenforceable part(s). However, if for any reason the Class Action Waiver set forth below cannot be enforced as to some or all of the Dispute, then the agreement to arbitrate will not apply to that Dispute or portion thereof, but the remainder of the agreement to arbitrate will be binding and enforceable. The parties do not agree to class arbitration or to the arbitration of any claims brought on behalf of others.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER. THESE OFFICIAL RULES DO NOT ALLOW CLASS OR COLLECTIVE ARBITRATIONS, EVEN IF THE AAA PROCEDURES OR RULES WOULD. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD MONEY OR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF ONLY IN FAVOR OF THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING RELIEF AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE THE RELIEF WARRANTED BY THAT PARTY'S INDIVIDUAL CLAIM. ARBITRATION OR COURT PROCEEDINGS HELD UNDER THESE OFFICIAL RULES CANNOT BE BROUGHT, MAINTAINED OR RESOLVED ON BEHALF OF OR BY A CLASS, AS A PRIVATE ATTORNEY-GENERAL, OR IN ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. IN ADDITION, INDIVIDUAL PROCEEDINGS CANNOT BE COMBINED WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF ALL OF THE PARTIES. ANY QUESTION REGARDING THE ENFORCEABILITY OR INTERPRETATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE DECIDED BY A COURT AND NOT THE ARBITRATOR.
JURY TRIAL WAIVER. IF, FOR ANY REASON A DISPUTE PROCEEDS IN COURT RATHER THAN THROUGH ARBITRATION, YOU AND SPONSOR AGREE THAT THERE WILL NOT BE A JURY TRIAL. YOU AND SPONSOR UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION, PROCEEDING OR COUNTERCLAIM IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. IN THE EVENT OF LITIGATION, THIS PARAGRAPH MAY BE FILED TO SHOW A WRITTEN CONSENT TO A TRIAL BY THE COURT.
Each Entrant must be the rightful owner of the Instagram account used to enter the Sweepstakes and/or or have authorized use of the Instagram account associated with the Entrant’s submitted information. If a dispute arises about who submitted an Entry, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized Instagram account holder. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person whose Instagram account is associated to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential Winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential Winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.
12. ENTRANT REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: By submitting an Entry, each Entrant represents and warrants that: (a) they meet all eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules; (b) all information submitted in their Entry is true, accurate, and complete; and (c) they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any Entrant who does not meet the requirements or who has provided false or misleading information.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, force majeure events (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control), or other factors compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Any violation of these Official Rules by the Winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as a Winner, and all privileges as a Winner will be immediately terminated. Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the Entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois. By entering the Sweepstakes (or participating in any Sweepstakes-related activity), Entrants (and others) consent to the jurisdiction and venue of federal, state and local courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
15. PRIVACY: Personal information collected from Entrants, which includes, but may not be limited to, name, email address, and Instagram handle, will be collected by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, fulfilling the Prize, and for other purposes, including Sponsor using such personal information for marketing purposes. The Sponsor’s collection and use of such personal information is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at: [https://www.storck.us/en/privacy-policy]. Sponsor will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose an Entrant’s personal data to any third party other than as described herein, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, or as required by law.
